About Capital Health – Hamilton
Capital Health – Hamilton is dedicated to providing high-quality care with patient convenience. This facility offers a comprehensive range of services, allowing patients to visit primary care physicians, specialists, and access outpatient imaging and laboratory services all in one location. Same-day surgeries are also available, reducing the need for multiple appointments.
Patients appreciate the smooth process when interacting with primary care staff, often feeling treated as individuals. Many reviews highlight the friendly and pleasant nature of the doctors, nurses, and check-in staff during appointments. However, some challenges are noted regarding the customer service line, particularly in scheduling appointments and reaching specific offices. While the office is modern and clean, issues like delayed office timing and unresponsive front desk staff have been mentioned.
Despite these concerns, patients express gratitude for the quality of care received from the medical professionals, with several noting the exceptional service from midwives and nurses. The online portal is also seen as a helpful tool for communication. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, Capital Health – Hamilton is recognized for its dedicated staff and extensive medical services within a single facility.

Overall, I had a good experience. The ultrasound technician was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam.
However, the front desk staff could benefit from additional customer service training. A more welcoming and professional approach would greatly improve the overall patient experience.
