Almost impossible to workout here. Tons of equipment is either broken or in extremely poor condition. Not a single weight on the racks because they’re scattered all over the floor or left piled on equipment. Horribly managed and maintained. I travel for work and this is by far one of the worst crunch gyms I’ve been too

The gym has a wide variety of equipment that i enjoy using, I have no complaints minus the fact that other people in said gym leave plates lying all over the floor and refuse to place them all on the rack, sometimes it takes me a good 5-10 minutes to find the plates I need for each set of my lifts and it’s a bit of a problem.

Guys, if you can't do it, don't do it. You say that the gym opens at 5:00 am but I've been arriving at 5:15-45 minutes AM for several times and no one is there to open. Everyone has responsibilities and people pay for the service. If you can't, don't do it. Thanks

I’m leaving this review to highlight a transparency issue and a disappointing customer service experience at Crunch Fitness.
When I joined, staff explained my contract length but never stated that I would still need to take additional steps to cancel after the contract ended. I assumed my membership would naturally stop at the end of the term. No one mentioned an auto-renewal, a 30-day notice, or any requirement to come in and sign a separate cancellation form.
I contacted the club and was told the membership continues month-to-month until you cancel and provide notice. This was not explained at signup, and I did not receive any reminder before the contract end.
Clear and upfront communication is basic professionalism. If cancellation requires additional steps or notice, that should be explained plainly at signup and reiterated near the contract end. Instead, I felt blindsided and then talked down to when I raised the issue.
When I asked for help, I didn’t get a thorough explanation or empathy—just “that’s the policy.” No one offered a reasonable solution given the lack of disclosure at the start. Being pushed to pay an extra month for a policy that wasn’t clearly communicated feels unfair and unprofessional.

The place is horrible. Everything is broken. You pay a expensive yearly fee for nothing. People who work out there and no clue what they are doing and there's not enough dumbbells.

Unprofessional, machines never work, mirrors are dirty, managers don’t care to hear you out when an issue arises. Do not train with Josh unless you want to be harassed and deal with how unprofessional he is and see the lack of care for the clients that the managers have even after they witnessing an incident in front of the gym and no manager ever cared to speak or address the altercation

Crunch Hamilton is my go to local gym mainly because of the staff there. Front desk Eddie is great dude along with all owners, management, and trainers. Shout out to Evan, Stacey, Erica, Eslie, Rafa, Miguel, Elias, Natalia, Marylin, and all the girls/guys running the classes! Forgot to mention Manuel, Pedro, Isabela, and the cleaning staff that do a great job every day!
