The pharmacy employees are a bunch of unprofessional human beings, the worst being some older lady, probably approaching her 60's if not there already, who dresses like she's in her living room rather than a pharmacy.
First, I was standing there for at least 3 minutes starting at 6 different employees behind the counter who didn't seem to notice me. The older 60 something year old lady mentioned above was moving boxes around and kept passing me and not once did she say, "Be with you in a second".
Nope, too busy for paying customers she just went about her business and kept moving little boxes around.
When she finally came to me, no eye contact, asks me what I needed, goes to the back, comes back with THE WRONG ITEM to which I say, "Yeah, that's the wrong one." To which she says, "We don't have the one you want". And I say, "Ok, when will you get it in?" She ignores me and says, "Yeah.". Walks away and doesn't say a word.
The only employee who seems to be on is the one dressed like a pharmacist who kinda looks like that guy from the Simpsons. (Funny, but true). He's a nice person. The other rude one is a pharmacist with Glasses who always looks like she's in shock whenever she's talking to anyone.
Just read some of the other reviews for this place, store manager. You need to fix your employee problem in the pharmacy. The rest of the store seems to be ok. But that pharmacy section.... I think they may be taking some of the drugs they sell or something while on duty LOL.

this is my go to pharmacy because of the 24 hr service. The girl with the giant eyelashes is so rude to absolutely everybody it is so extremely unprofessional.i can’t believe they still allow her to be employed there.

On November 14th I purchased a $100 amazon gift card which was tempered with. After I returned to the store to request a refund, I was instructed to call a customer service number. After speaking to a rep, he informed me a refund would be processed in 2 days which the store clerk also told me. A week later when I called back to inquire about the status, I was told unfortunately, I would not granted a refund, CVS is not responsible. I am now out of $100.

The slowest drive thru in the entire world. If there's two cars ahead of you in line, expect to wait at least 15 minutes if not a full half-hour. You'd swear they were manufacturing the drugs because it's inconceivable that it can possibly take that long for someone to pick up a prescription.

They keep trying to blame my doctor's office for not informing me of problems with the medication and insurance. If they have been informed by insurance there's a problem they should be capable of informing me themselves and not farting around for 2 weeks.
They have an absolute fetish for trash automated call menus instead of actually trying to connect me to a person that can help. It wouldn't be so bad if the bot didn't cut me off, not listen, and hang up at random.
One of the worst pharmacies I've had the displeasure of needing to use.

The guy that works overnight is very rude!!! I go there a few nights a week because I leave work late and I have to make a transaction with my debit card. The associate that is manning the counter gives attitude and seems like they do not care about customer service.

The pharmacy is dangerous. They make choices for children without asking parents. My daughter received a prescription for a liquid medicine and the pharmacy took it upon themselves to flavor it, instead of asking my wife or I if we even wanted it flavored. They then proceeded to cover the label with the script sticker. Since we couldn't read what they had done until we got it home and opened it, we checked the ingredients and saw there was an allergen in the flavoring. This could have ended very badly. I would expect a pharmacist would know better or have better practices than this. Many layers of precautions could have stopped this and there are none in place, or at least practiced.
To make it worse when calling the pharmacy about it you can't talk to anyone, you have to leave a message and they get back to you in 60 minutes. Calling the store was useless, they refuse to let you talk to someone directly and are extremely rude.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star ! They are horrible and keep messing up my prescriptions ! They are slow and not pleasant. I would choose any other cvs but this one ! They are messing with serious things! Since they don’t wanna do my refills on time, I get to feel sick because I have 3 days of not taking my prescription!

Would give this place zero stars. The pharmacy techs are just a bunch of 20 year old girls who hate what their doing. Hire professionals who have proper communication skills and are willing to help customers. What misery!

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Can't get through on the phone and even my doctor's office can not get a live person then no return calls. Disgraceful.

This place is terrible they never fill my prescriptions on time and the pharmacy techs are extremely unprofessional and do not care about you .. they are always scrambling and look flustered and under staffed highly recommended to not chose this pharmacy

This is by far the CVS store in the chain!!! The (4) Four permanent Pharmacist starting with the Manager Kweku Ampong are fantastic. this should also include the floating Pharmacist Paul, and the team of Pharmacy tech's and Assistant's are spectacular as well. I cant say enough about my Pharmacy are the supporting team. Thank you.....
