Worst place ever. They did not honor the appointment to begin with and the pharmacist said there were no available pharmacists to perform the vaccination and therefore cancelled the appointment even though it was 20 mi past the scheduled time. When asked again, the pharmacist told the attendant that they were out of stock. I was there with 3 children to be vaccinated, the scheduling system was working fine. Rude people, and unprofessional. Do not take your family there.

I purchased a gift card from the store that did not work. The store stated they would not issue a refund and I had to call the cooperate office. After speaking with the cooperate office I am told it could take 10 days before I hear back from them. Does not make sense since I have a receipt for the purchase. CVS is essentially holding my money hostage.

The tech that work are the most rude people ive ever come across. When I pick up my prescription today im asking for names to report to corporate. I cant stand miserable people who refuse to help others

They keep taking my script from the doctor knowing they don't have the meds.This is the second time they have done this. DON'T TAKE SCRIPT YOU CAN'T FILL MORONS.

I called CVS this morning as soon as they opened to see if I could refill a prescription before leaving on a trip later this afternoon. They said the earliest they could refill was 3pm. When I requested by 2pm because I was leaving g for the airport before 3pm, the pharmacist said "no"...then silence. Rude!

Terribly managed pharmacy. Understaffed. They shut down the entire department to go on lunch when I came for a prescription at 1:30 PM. And when they are doing their jobs, staff is rude and makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them by existing. As well as being incompetent on top of that.

Absolutely terrible service from the entire pharmacy. Employee told me Monday that they were calling in my script because it wasn’t in stock, told me to pick it up Tuesday. Went to pick it up on Wednesday and found out the employee never called. They transferred it to another CVS 30 minutes away since they had it in stock. When I got to that CVS they told me they weren’t able to fill the script. Went back to THIS cvs again, they actually had the medication in stock (lol). Lead pharmacist told me that he saw it in his system with no copay which was great. He then proceeded to tell me that he was wrong and it was actually NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Whenever I presented the lead pharmacist with a question he was either unable to give me an answer other than “I can’t do it” or “I don’t know” or he gave me the wrong information. Also totally refused to give me his name after our conflict. The 2 woman that were working were phenomenal and tried to help as much as they could. The lead pharmacist, name begins with “V” was terrible. Definitely going to be switching pharmacies after this FOUR HOUR debacle

I purchased a same day desk calendar pick up. I received the email that my order was ready and when I got there it was not ready. A store associate kindly explained they weren't getting the calendar frame until the next day and they would call me. She was very kind and I understood. Days went by and no call (this was for a same day pickup order mind you). I finally got a call and voicemail saying it was ready. I excitedly went to the store and a store associate rudely told me it wasn't ready yet. I told her I received a phone call that it was ready to which she responded rudely and loudly in front of all patrons, "it doesn't matter if you got a call! It's not ready!" I was shocked. She then asked to see the voicemail and when she saw it was an automated message she raised her voice and said "don't listen to this, it's automated! You don't come in for that!" I said how am I supposed to know? It said my order was ready. She continued to argue with me and publicly try to embarrass me. I am livid. I have been coming to this CVS my entire life. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when the problem that occurred was on the store's end. I am a customer and there was zero customer service given to me today. For reference, I went on 2/1/23 at 4:30PM and the woman had short, blonde hair and wore glasses and had a smokers voice. I intend to contact the manager and have this addressed because I am certain this woman must talk to everyone this way. I want to avoid having someone else be treated this way. I have worked in customer service my entire life and even when a customer yelled at me and may have been wrong, I still remained calm and polite because you represent the company you are working for. If this happened once, it'll happen again. And I refuse to continue patronizing a store allowing their employees to treat customers this way. I also still do not have my calendar order that I needed today, February 1st, for work.Update: I contacted corporate about this employee and they told the store manager, who called me to apologize. She was very nice and I appreciate being reached out to.

Just moved and went to switch pharmacies. I got a text saying it was too soon to fill my prescription so I called and asked if she could check my other EPILEPSY medications as well and she told me no she doesn’t have time she has a line of costumers. I’ve used this cvs before since it’s the 24 pharmacy near the hospital and always had problems. if you don’t like your job just say it.

Had an appointment for a vaccine. Along with multiple other people, waited well over an hour until finally receiving a shot. They had multiple appointments scheduled for the same time with only one poorly trained tech to administer them. Should either not accept multiple appointments for the same time OR have more staff to service them. No excuse for this.
