They've started locking things up. The last time I went, no one came to unlock the bodywash I was trying to buy, so I ended up leaving and ordering on Amazon for less.

Store is FILTHY and no one can help if you dont want to talk about their personal life and Wait in line for 20 minutes, go down the street to the 24 hour location and have much better service

This was my main home store for pretty much my entire life but due to a recent horrible experience I’ll have to change my home store due to that experience. That horrible experience was racial profiling and I’m not standing for it. There were 2 ladies working there and they had their eyes on me the whole time since I stepped into the store. I was followed by Lady #1 and she pretended wanting to help me but in reality she wanted to keep a closer eye on me. Lady #2 followed me outside, stared at me while I was in my car and was watching me while I was driving off. I’m never coming back to a store full of racists and I hope a lot of people sees this review because this is not okay especially in the state our country is in right now.

CVS Mercerville has been our "home store" for about 17 years now, so our review is not based on a one-time visit.Unfortunately, CVS Mercerville is losing badly in comparison with other CVS chain stores, say in Robbinsville, on the same Route 33. Mercerville store is badly understaffed, so to find an associate is often a time a "mission impossible."The store associates don't greet you, there are no smiles here, and you don't feel like a welcomed or appreciated customer.The pharmacy staff is slow and doesn't seem quite efficient.There are self check-out stations available.The store's Wi-Fi (CVSConnect, no password required) is slow and glitchy.Two spacious parking lots are located on both sides of the entrance.

The pharmacy is a joke. 20 minute wait time. Can't even do there job of getting a script ready that should have been ready 2 days ago. Don't go here unless you pay nothing for scripts. The only reason to stay with this garbage pharmacy.

Super friendly staff. The pharmacist Shayla was very helpful. I work in an outpatient facility that requires a lot of paper work for my vaccines and she filled it all out without complaint even though her shift was clearly ending.

It's all comes down to nobody wants to di there job,there suppose to help you with your proscription, but they don't they will let the price go sky high. GOOD RX, as you seen on tv, you down load the app.tell them this is the price ,and they still Argue with you COSTCO, SAVE ON DRUGS,WALMART, WEGMANS,WALLGRANS, ARE CHEAPER, I will start going there.Remember take pictures, record there voice, and send it to the main office. Every thing in that store is price too high, AMAZON IS CHEAPER, AND SOON THEY WILL HAVE Prescription drugs.and then no more cvs.the food store at Walmart is the best. Well good luck.

Worst possible pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Wait over half hour in line at drive thru. No one in front of me! No one answers the call bell! 3 people milling around behind the counter. Drive up window completely ignored.
