Really horrible experience in this CVS this afternoon. I used self check out and put old phone number by accident and when i tried to change it to mine it would not actually switch my account and I knew this because my coupon was not showing up. So I re-input my number, as you know at CVS, it audibly says your CVS phone number has already put it been put in. The lady working comes running over when I didn’t ask for it and who's already be rude to because i needed her assistance because the self check out is touchy when you bag your stuff. The lady comes running over saying you already put your phone number in eight times very nasty ( i tried to redo twice) . I said I know, but I’m trying to change it, It’s not bringing up my account thanks and then I switched to the other self check out and it worked. I just didn’t appreciate her trying to make me look like an idiot in front of everyone. I am in my 20s, I know how to operate a self check out. If your employees are gonna be pissy about self check out when they have to help people when it’s out of their control, don’t have them.

I’ve been taking the same medication for over 10 years, I have never had such problems getting my medication as I have with this pharmacy! They have caused me more problems than I care to share here, I’ve had to go to urgent care for my meds over Christmas! Bobby Troung the pharmacist told me they can’t do a partial refill ( bc they never have enough in stock ) we’ll just 3 months ago he did it, and stood there and lied to me and said he has never done that bc it’s against the rules! Instead of telling me “ he can’t do it anymore he said he NEVER did it! I’ve had it with CVS in Mays Landing!

Negative stars! Terrible, terrible service at the Mays Landing CVS. During many trips over the past two years absolutely terrible customer service and the store is crowded and not easily navigated and certainly not accommodating for those with walkers or in wheelchairs.

This pharmacy is the worst that I could ever imagine, the pharmacy staff is very rude and made feel like I'm an idiot for even needing medicine. They made feel like I live in a third world country from hanging up the phone on me to saying that they are not able to get needed meds!! Horrible services since the only job they have is to have medicine when needed....

This location is horrible, disgusting, and the pharmacy techs have the worst attitude when anyone dares to call in to ask for help. There's a wonderful pharmacy across the street from them (Simcare) that I recommend switching to.

Luckily I found what I needed they are always under stocked and missing personnel not enough people running the store pharmacists are rude there wouldn't use them if my life depended on it. Carpets need to be changed in that place when you walk into the store there's a musty smell. The only bright spot is when I tried to do self checkout in the machine malfunctioned the lady McKenzie came over and helped me very professional very cordial very nice young person she said the machines start talking about put your stuff in the bagging area even when nobody's using them always malfunctioning at least you got an honest person on your payroll that's cordial and wants to help people get more people in there like her they'll have a better store and fire and replace your Pharmacy personnel read the other reviews I'm not the only one that feels that way.

CVS is good they are changing their products they carry. They are trying to turn more to healthy living. They are getting rid of a lot of stuff not good for you.

I am giving this pharmacy one star because the tech and the pharmacist are overwhelmed by prescription refills. I am not sure what is going on with this location but the staff is rude(not just to me, anyone that comes in.) I remember being a pharmacist at a different company during rush hour, end of the month, truck delivery, and overdoses to handle in bad neighborhoods. I am currently 8 month's pregnant, went in to refill my prenatal vitamins. That's it. I was told it would take 30 minutes for a non narcotic drug to be refilled after submitting said refill an hour before. The pharmacist told me they are behind and to just go somewhere els. I guess we are in a world where pregnant women are told to piss off for being an inconvenience even if the customer isn't rude.
