They have all sorts of specialty supplies! Staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my grandpa who just got out of rehab.

After working in a local pharmacy for years, I have always recommended this location. A family member went in today and honestly I can’t imagine why anyone would return. I called initially and was told she could go in for a compression stocking measurement only to be turned away when she got to the store due to the person working the front being too busy. When I called and spoke to a staff member, my relative was referred to as “the Spanish speaking woman”, which to my understanding means that whoever was relaying information didn’t even take the opportunity to speak to her completely because, albeit with a slight accent, she does speak English. For a place dealing with people who are ill and in need, I would expect not only a bit more compassion but much more competence from the staff. Get it together.

I to would give a zero if it was possible. Delcrest was quick to come out and set up for our needs. But follow up with pricing questions etc. was terrible. They never call back or answer the phone once you have paid. Wanting to get a call back to confirm a finale billing never happened. They just ignore your questions. I strongly sugget you go elswhere for medical equipment needs.

Showed up at 3:17 on Saturday nov 12 2022 and the two employees jumped in their car and left. They are open until 4pm on Saturdays .. not only does the door reflect this time but also the automated system and Google. My father just had total knee reconstruction and I needed supplies. They didn’t even acknowledge me walking up to the door. Unprofessional and selfish.#CallMeKaren and idgaf

Was here buying a knee brace for my son. Jenni and Elaine were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were some questions about which specific brace I needed and Jenni took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and even got the prescribing doctor on the phone to clarify. Great people and A+ service

They have a nice selection but terrible and unfriendly staff. You would think people shopping there are Ill or disabled and the staff would be trying to be helpful and kind. Not what I viewed on my three trips there.

They were prompt. Gave a precise diagnosis and the correct antibiotics to treat the shingles. Also they referred me to an eye doctor for assessment A great job over all would recommend them to anybody.

The people are very kind and very helpful. I do recommend this place to anyone that needs help with medical supplies. I appreciate the kindness and I was able to get all the bandages that i needed.

Love all of the staff staying up to date on social distancing and wearing masks, makes me feel like they respect everyone around them. Truly amazing staff and costumer service. They helped me with all of my needs and I didn't have any problems.

Very helpful and kind people run this place. I feel comfortable to take my time to explore the store. They also take the time to load the heavier equipment like my mom's wheelchair into my car. Five stars!
