Local dollar tree. The availability online of items is not accurate as I came to purchase some items that were noted as in stock, but alas they were not available here. Luckily there were other alternatives nearby/down the road. They are very lightly staffed so it might take some time to get the help you need. There were only 3 employees that I could see in the store at the time.

Terrible. I needed to watch my backpack and the backapcks of my friends upon entry of the store. Now, I understand this policy, as we are middle school boys, but checking out at this very moment were some people I recognized from school, much the same as us, unsupervised, having a good time. But, they had their backpacks on. One could only assume this was due to our genders, as they were girls. I am appalled by their utter display of sexism. At least I got to watch my friends have fun.

I visited this Dollar Tree location in New Jersey with my family, visiting from upstate NY for my daughter’s regional cheer competition. We arrived at 9:50 p.m., ten minutes before closing, and were immediately met with rudeness. An employee ran out to inform us they were closed, despite the posted closing time of 10:00. When my husband mentioned this, she said they close their doors at 9:50.
While I understand the need for closing procedures, this approach was unacceptable. The employee’s tone was unfriendly, and a middle-aged man who appeared to be a manager approached the exit/entrance doors in an intimidating manner, making us feel unwelcome and judged. I will be contacting corporate, as this is not the level of service we expect from Dollar Tree. This experience was especially disappointing, given that we were in an unfamiliar area and simply needed a quick stop.

There's one employee, who works the register and is consistently rude. He rushes you through by snapping at you to hand over your cash or insert your card immediately. He scolded an elderly woman for having trouble with her debit card (a little, gracious assistance would have remedied the matter in less time than it took him to condemn her), and he belittled another because a product she had purchased leaked on the counter strip (not her fault by any means; just a faulty container). I've complained about this individual in the recent past, and I know that others have, as well. I'm not sure why management holds on to him. Most try to avoid this fellow during check out, but if he's the only cashier available, watch out! Really, something should be done. The guy is legendary for his rudeness, and his presence is hurting this Dollar Tree's image, which was once stellar. There are many others who could fill the spot who'd at least be cordial to customers. Yes, this store is well stocked, but the virtue of customer service goes a long way to secure return customers.

The store has a better inventory than some in the general area but the person who checked me out was unbelievable rude. He was texting on his phone while I stood there and waited for a good minute for him to finish solving the world’s problems. THEN a very elderly gentleman behind me made a 3$ purchase and was paying with a 20$ bill and he very rudely says to him “don’t you have anything smaller”. The man looked dumb founded and I felt terrible for him. I’m never going back there again.

The cleanest, most well-organized Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to! Kind staff. :)

Aside from the fact that it's no longer sells anything for a dollar I guess my experience was okay. They had what I needed but they should probably change the name of their store to dollar and a quarter store

The customers need to check their receipt. On two separate occasions they scan 2 of my items twice. Once is an accident twice is a scam. The aisles were blocked by boxes with merchandise in them. You couldn't get around them with your cart. I think I'll stick with the one on White Horse Ave. I've never had a problem with them.
