Dollar Tree is a store for basic necessities, home accessories, school supplies, birthday decorations, and hardware items, all at a very low cost. The store has improved a lot, becoming much more cleaner and nicely stocked, with many choices for stuff especially meds and beauty, offering great bargains. While some find the customer service crazy, unprofessional, and note issues with rude staff, others report that the store manager and assistant manager are great, always helpful, very kind, and caring. The change shows they care, though opinions on the staff and the price increase vary.
I love dollar tree, I go there all the time. I don't like the 1.25 though lol but 4 stars because the customer service is always crazy... you gotta laugh but it's pretty unprofessional and this is consistent for all the dollar trees in mercer county.
