I was entering the store and it was full of people, the store manager yelled at me from afar "you can't enter the store with that" my scooter made me because it was embarrassing and I asked her if I could leave it somewhere and she told me OUTSIDE!!! and I told him why? and he told me because I'm the manager of the store, please, it's Valentine's Day, I just wanted some balloons.

I love dollar tree, I go there all the time. I don't like the 1.25 though lol but 4 stars because the customer service is always crazy... you gotta laugh but it's pretty unprofessional and this is consistent for all the dollar trees in mercer county.

Well today 12/29/2024 it says it is open at 9:00 am and it is 9:15 am and several customers have arrived and it is still closed. I'll have to go to another Dollar

Very unsatisfied I went there the other day to grab a few household items. A person was in line in front of me and it was people in line behind me. We had to wait for this person to go all the way to their car to gather their money and come back because their credit card didn’t work. The cashier did not know how to avoid him handle us and then complete his transaction once he came back. It was a very long wait not only that but she stayed talking on the cell phone at the cash register poor Customer Service. 😞😞😞😞

very bad customer service especially from the manager I understand it is a discount store but if you don't like your job leave the position to someone who likes the job.

Store has improved a lot... The assistant manager Debbie is great always helpful and very kind .. had a incident asking for help from one worker who was very arrogant and said she could not help and walked away VERY RUDE... the night time woman in charge is also very rude and don't know how to speak to customers. Store would be greater with better staff. Store manager is doing a good job with stocking thank you as well but please hire people who respect the customers

It’s ok.. staff is rude and you get bare minimum with most of the staff.. usually really stocked and good selection.
