I just want to acknowledge the most amazing vet practice I have ever been to. They are so professional, kind, and truly care. We had to put our beloved Rudy down and from when we walked in to when we left there is nothing more Compassionate and caring than there treatment of us. They awaited our arrival and we didn't even check in. They brought us back to an exam room. Exam room was clean and comforting. Now at our sadness and loss. We got this card from them. The staff all signed it. Thank you Nottingham. Amazing tribute to our baby in our hearts.

Dempsey passed today. The staff here Did nothing but take the best care of our Dempsey for years and made his passing as painless as possible. The compassion they showed and guidance they gave made us feel the best anyone could. I can't say enough about how they helped us. Head and shoulders above the previous vet we used. Don't take your pet here. They only help current clients and they aren't accepting new ones for a month out. Asked for a simple opinion and was denied. They don't really care about the well-being of your pet. This is NOT a hospital even though in their name it says so. A hospital doesn't turn people away with a 1 month wait time.

The service has declined considerably since Dr. Rankin worked in the office. I attempted to bring my kitty in for an appointment scheduled a week prior. The temperature the day of her appointment reached 96 degrees. There was a gentleman waiting outside with his dog who had called three times before reaching the office (the door is locked because the current Covid policy is to call when you have arrived - in 2022). After waiting 15 minutes, he left with his dog who was in distress. My kitty was panting because of the heat. The vet tech walked outside to fetch a customer's animal... and completely ignored me. My kitty was panting the entire time, so I proceeded to leave... and was still NOT addressed. I received a call 10 minutes later, and after explaining the experience... was asked if I would like to reschedule! I fail to understand how... a Veterinarian office can leave clients panting in the heat! IF customers are not allowed in the office- at the very least they should offer to take their pet... into the air conditioning... Wow!

VERY unprofessional and rude when I called for help with my elderly dog. I live out of town but have extended visits with family in the area. Sometimes need a local vet, and my dog has been a valued patient at this vet in the past. Apparently there has been a change in staff and certainly not for the good. Called to get help with a dietary problem. The woman was extremely rude and never offered to make me an appointment or offered problem solving for our medical need. There was not a moment of concern for the welfare of my pet. The medical issue escalated because of the lack of professionalism at this vet office. I will never trust them or call again!

The best hospital. My cat Alice is treated like a queen and any questions I have, they are always there to assist me. Would not go to any other animal hospital.

Absolutely horrible customer service. These people that run this place are discriminatory & downright lack compassion. During 2020 They would not let any people into their building with their pets so I had to go elsewhere temporarily because I was not leaving her. Now I need to take her in for something & I call and they #1 will ONLY see people if they are vaxxed (which it doesn't matter if you are for it or against it BUT that is discriminatory). PLUS they have no record of my pet anywhere. They deleted her records! And we had been going there since we got her 2-3 years ago. Even when we were going there was not thrilled with their customer service but they were recommended to us so I trusted that person. Big fail there. Would not bring my pet here even if it was free!

do not take you animal here. these people sewed up a dogs internal organ and almost killed her during a routine spay surgery.

Dr. Rankin is the best!!!!! Wonderful staff!!! Myself and my family have been taking our fur babies to them for over 20 years. They have always been very loving towards my animals and always took time to explain things. They have seen all my animals from puppy/kittenhood to those finally steps crossing the rainbow bridge. they have alway exhausted every Avenue before we’ve taken that journey. I am very grateful to have them as my Vet. Thank you for all you guys do.

I haven't been to see Dr Rankin since Sept 2019 and it's taken me this long to publicly thank Dr Rankin and the Staff at Nottingham Animal Hospital for making the last days of my favorite cat Kaioz comfortable as possible and for allowing me a day or two before putting him to sleep. Every one was just very caring and took great care of my 16 yr old American Shorthair Thank you all, Chuck Keneagy

Dr. Graham is the nicest person. She shows so much love and compassion to her patients. The staff at Nottingham Animal hospital are the nicest people. Can’t say anything bad about anything there

Horrible ! Dr Nikki Graham Could care less about my rescue pup . I have brought all my fur babies there for 25 years to see dr rankin until their last days . Today I called about my very sick puppy - receptionist told me she needed to speak with Dr Graham first. She called me right back and said she would see my poor boy the last appointment of the day .. she then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay on a credit card for that visit in advance BEFORE I COME IN because itts the last appt and some people leave without paying . I said I don't want to use my card I i have cash - she said " I chased 2 people around today for payment " I said but I have beeN going there for over 20 years ans I have a zero balance AND I WOULD NEVER AND HAVE NEVER DONE THAT !!!!!! She said no - either I pay hours in advance on a credit CarD or they can't see my sick baby boy Nikko .REAL NICE ! Such compassion ! They never even called back to see how my dog was !!! Horrible ! I'm so insulted but even more concerned about their lack of compassion about a very sick animal . All is well though , I found a real Vet who truly cares and fit me in to day and even took my cash !!!!! EWING ANIMAL HOSPITAL HAD THE KINDEST STAFF And I feel so lucky to have found them
