I needed an edible arrangement delivered the same day. I went in the Hamilton location as they opened at 9am. Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate me! My delivery needed to done by 1pm, it even was delivered before hand at 12:30pm!! Friendly and very considerate service!!

I ordered online for a gift and the balloons and half the order were missing. When I tried to call the location several times throughout the day, no one answered so I gave up. Very frustrating

Called for a last minute Mother’s Day selection, and was told the item I wanted was not being prepared on the day I called.. the manager intervened and made the two platters that I requested. Priced well and looked delicious- chocolate dipped strawberries were perfect. They were ready on time, manager was super helpful and I was very pleased with the experience. .

Order Happy Birthday Cake and birthday box and Balloon. Cake one part on top was without frosting. And balloon didn't came.

Our boss brought these for us at work. Even in January the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. I wish I could find strawberries like that this time of year! They looked pretty too!!

AWEFULordered a strawberry platter with balloons, teddy bear and personalized card for girlfriend on Valentine's Day. only got the platter. never using this store again
