Enterprise is great! Morgan and her staff were so nice and provided excellent service. I even received door-to-door service! The car was clean, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

I rented a car from Enterprise in Hamilton, then I took the car and put it in my house garage, and when I came with my son, he said to me, “Dad, come and see the car.” When I went, I was surprised that all the plastic from the bottom was loose from its screws, and some of the plastic was broken. Here I knew that I had been deceived and that I was in trouble. I tried to contact the branch I rented from, but I found it closed. I called customer service, and they were very disrespectful. They told me that I had to replace the car from one of the branches. I went to the branch at eight in the morning to change the car, but they refused, claiming that they had enough cars. They sent me to another branch that was more than an hour away. When I arrived there, there was only one person working in the branch and more than twenty customers were waiting for him. After more than an hour, the official came and told me that if I wanted to change this car, I had to pay for repairing the damaged parts. I tried to convince him, but he was very dirty, so I left him. I spoke a second, third, and fourth time with customer service, but they did not help me and they were not willing to help. I decided to take the car to one of the places, and I repaired the broken parts and paid. It was from my own pocket so that I would not be exploited and fined multiples of what I paid. I forgot to say that when you got into the car, at first minutes , there was a strange and pungent smell in the car. In the end, I realized that it was the smell of marijuana, which means that the person who cleaned and prepared the car before handing it over to me was smoking marijuana in the car, which means that there is no respect for the customer or the work.

I rented from here last year through my insurance company and was disappointed in the level of cleanliness of their cars.
Unfortunately I had to use them again this year and I waited on hold for 45 mins to confirm they had a car ready for me, listening to their hold music which promises they care about cleanliness and all the ways they clean their cars, only to arrive at the location and be told the car model I was supposed to get was already given to someone else. They put me in a much bigger vehicle than I wanted, and said I could take the car right away, but I looked inside and saw it was dirty. I made them clean it, and it still wasn't sparkling clean when I got it. So much for all their hold music promises of clean cars. This location is terribly understaffed and I did not have a good experience.

Rented a wagoneer for a trip across 8 states. My kids noticed it was dirty inside while overlooking the vehicle. no biggie rep took it in the back, took garbage out and vacuumed the inside. I searched for the vehicle’s documentation and it’s with an 2 plus month expired registration. Out of necessity the vehicle was taken as jay worked on the issue via corporate. I was advised it would be emailed to me by end of day, it was not. Next morning called to see what’s going on. Same rep said he did not get an answer from above. He will get back to me with the answer. 6 hours later no call back. I call the office 32 minutes of waiting and no answer. Called from a different number answered immediately. Hmmm. Girl put me on hold subsequently forwarded me to call center without a heads up. Call center asked for the reservation number, put me on hold and hung up. If I’m stopped by police and this vehicle is impounded for being unregistered legal action will be pursued. Since this is the only way to get attention from a company nowadays then hear the negative review.
Maybe an hour has passed and got a reply. Amazing how crappy reviews get your attention.

Scamming location, booked a 1/2 ton pick up online and when going to the location I booked for it said it was closed. Then after calling and getting no help from customer service I called and another uber to the nearest open location, got there and was told “I called you last night to tell you to come here instead”, no email, no additional call. Then I was told I was too young to rent a truck, even thought I already have my drivers license number and everything online in the reservation and got approved, wasted 20 minutes for that also. Then finally going to get the car and got a smaller truck and was refused to be given a price match back to the lower teir cars price(I paid extra specifically to get a full size 1/2 ton pick up), and since I was in a time sensitive manor was forced to take the car. Was told “take it or leave it, it’s all we have”. When trying to call to talk about it, corporate leaves then messaged about me but the manager refuses to call me, tried 3 times and at this point it’s a lost cause. Don’t waste your energy here, your reservation doesn’t mean anything. I would say skip enterprise and go to hertz, was able to get a lot better customer service and help I needed and wasn’t treated badly.

I’m sorry but I forget the gentleman’s name who processed the rental but he was professional and extremely courteous - had me in and out in minutes
Car was spotless and brand new. Well done Enterprise.

Everything was seamless, car was spotless and the team was impeccable. Exactly the reasons why I always rent from Enterprise. My memory is awful but please let the two gentlemen behind the counter know how excellent they are doing. I watched and listened to them handle a very bustling time with professionalism and courtesy, even when the customers were not showing the same respect to them. Thank you for being great at what you do! What a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU for having a positive impact on our day! Hard to find nowadays.

The guy who answers the phone is nice and very professional, but they have this bizarre ‘agreement’ with another location on the other side of town that they won’t service the Trenton Train Station…and there’s no way to know this when booking.

Great customer service. The branch manager, Dan, was excellent answering all my questions and making sure that I had a great experience. Enterprise is definitely my favorite car rental company. I will certainly be back.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Made a reservation day before, got confirmation email. When I UBERED to pick up the car the next day they said none where available till later in the week! I showed them my reservation and they stated that the national reservation service doesn't check for local availability. What idiots. Priority pass my azz.
