The app said my package was there on Monday I sent someone on Tuesday to pick up they said they did not have it at the location I called the customer service number they claim that it was there but they can't talk directly with the site and neither can anyone else All done by computer no one accountable finally on Friday it was there and I did get my phone number update to let me know it was there at 3:00 something in the afternoon after I had already had it picked up

This FedEx drop off couldn't be more convenient! It's located in the Walgreen store less than a mile from my home. I was waited on right away and the package was scanned and I signed for it. Couldn't be easier!
