“BOA is a very easy and secure place to keep your checking and savings accounts for several reasons. The BOA app is extremely user friendly and is full of excellent information that allows you to track your accounts, clearly see how you spend your money and offers budgeting tools to help you improve your money management. I find their "dashboard" especially interesting and useful for the purposes of seeing exactly how I spend and what I spend on in case I want to make adjustments to my spending. Transferring money between accounts is a breeze, depositing checks via your phone is excellent and there are plenty of branches in the event that you need to go to a physical location and get in person assistance. Their fraud protection is phenomenal and I've been notified on several occasions of suspicious activity in my checking account that was immediately detected and addressed. Last year when I was scammed by an unscrupulous group fraudulently masquerading as a legitimate organization BOA stepped into action immediately when I filed a fraud claim and I was completely reimbursed without any complications or problems after a few simple questions were answered. There was never a question about whether or not I was going to be reimbursed the funds, only a question about how much time it would take and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my funds back. I feel very secure banking at BOA and would not hesitate to recommend this institution to anyone. Knowing that they are constantly monitoring my funds is a very good feeling.”
