Renovating your home can be stressful. But with Flansburg, we were in good hands. They have a logical and ordered process, that gives you time to be thoughtful. They provided guidance wherever it was needed and were both transparent and very communicative. They work to ensure that they deliver excellence. Every person I dealt with from beginning to end was both professional and patient, always taking the time to explain choices. The project came in on time and because they focused on details throughout there were no surprises. The craftspeople they work with are talented and reliable. I would definitely recommend Flansburg Certainly call them again for my next project.

Flansburg handled our large reno/addition of our 1851 house. Great team to work with from back office to our day-to-day project manager, Jim. They finished the project ahead of time and met budget expectations. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the process, communication, construction period, and end product. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dan Flansburg and his team for your home projects. Jim was the lead on my 2 full bathroom renovations, completed back to back. He was an excellent communicator, professional, and kept the work areas clean. Excellent quality of work. I would hire Flansburg Construction again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Flansburg Construction. Every member of the team is expert at what they do, helpful, communicative, and professional. The entire process was explained clearly from the outset and our project, which included interior and exterior work, went exactly as explained.The design team listened, provided consult, and kept me on track so that I could make all the necessary decisions. Once our work got underway, our project manager coordinated everything. Every contractor was respectful of our home and our time. Any renovation is going to be disruptive, but working with the Flansburg team made it minimally so.Our project ended a little ahead schedule (!) and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our home is more beautiful reflecting the high quality workmanship that went into every part of the project.

Flansburg completed our master bathroom remodel. Their workmanship is excellent. They cleaned up every single day they worked. They provided a very good tent to prevent construction dust from entering the master bedroom. The bathroom came out exactly as we hoped, beautiful, spa like feel.

We had a very positive experience with Flansburg for a complete kitchen remodel (including new floor plan and removal of a supporting wall) earlier this year. We're so happy we went with them. Everything from the design phase to the actual project, start to finish, was well communicated, organized, and timely. They impressively stayed on schedule, even despite a plumbing snag that was beyond anyone's control. The whole project was completed in 3 months. It's been 4 months since completion and we have no complaints! We're very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend, and use them again for future home updates.Services: Home renovations

Dan and his team helped us with a large renovation project earlier this year and it was a wonderful experience. This was our first ever project of this size and they did a great job of walking us through what to expect and were available to answer our questions every step of the way. I also LOVED the app they used to share pictures, updates and when work was scheduled to be done which made it so easy to know when electrical, drywall, etc. was coming. We had a great experience and loved working with everyone on their team.

We hired Flansburg Construction to renovate our master bath, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Dan and his team were exceptional from start to finish.Bernadette was excellent; she is talented, knowledgeable, and professional and designed a beautiful new space. From our initial meeting, she listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design phase to complete the project.Our project manager was great, with excellent craftsmanship, reliable communication, and respect for our home.We highly recommend Flansburg Construction and will use them for our next project.

We used Flansburg Construction for a large addition project and they were everything we hoped for. Dan Flansburg was great from the start. He was patient and attentive with any questions we had on the process, and showed the ability to respond quickly without trying to rush us into signing anything.Designing the project was also great. Dan walked us through the process and had an extremely helpful designer, Bernadette, who helped guide us through picking out various items to build out our bathroom.During construction, we had Dave as the onsite foreman and Chad as the production manager. Both were incredible to work with and were always willing to go the extra mile. Even with answering questions or helping with something post construction. We were able to live in our house during construction and they made it easy with a ton of communication and planning, as well as keeping the areas clean outside of the construction zone. If anything went unplanned or unexpected, the team was able to remediate any issues effectively and timely.Ultimately, the team construction team demonstrated the willfulness to provide quality. If you have a construction project, you can trust Flansburg Construction will do it right.

Flansburg Construction was consistently excellent from the pre-planning stages to design to demolition to construction and installation and finally through inspections and finishing. For us, they did a full kitchen remodel that involved removing a weight-bearing wall and (at the same time) a bathroom remodel which involved moving a closet and building a shower. All of this work was done extremely well. What I appreciated most was the people who worked for the company, who were not only personable but they all paid careful attention to us and our home. Our project manager, every subcontractor, and every part of the Flansburg team worked diligently to get things done very well and in a timely fashion, but they did not cut corners nor try to up-sell any part of the project. I loved working with lead designer, Bernadette - her redesign of my master bathroom was perfect. She was skilled in helping me visualize my old space in a new way, along with assisting me in selecting just the right tiling and fixtures. The project manager, Brett, was a gem. His oversight of the project from beginning to end was of the highest quality; the tiling he did for the backsplash of my kitchen was at a master class level - impeccable attention to detail and very clean work! My old house (112 years old) is quite uneven and due to Brett's extensive experience, he was able to make the necessary corrections so the finished job looked amazing. Flansburg Construction just completed a full renovation of our historic (1790s) home's kitchen. It involved having to rebuild the foundation beneath the kitchen as well as level the new floor, and add in all the fixtures, cabinets, new heating system, windows, door, etc., as well as design features. We absolutely love it! It is such a thrill to walk into our beautiful kitchen now! I'd like to especially mention the foreman, Dave, and designer, Bernadette, in their expert work. Flansburg Construction just renovated our second floor hall bathroom and we could not be happier with the results! When setting out on this journey, we received three contractor estimates. Although they were all comparable in price, Dan's group was by far the most responsive and the most helpful.What set Flansburg Construction apart from the others initially was the fact they provide a designer. Bernadette was invaluable in the process. Once she had an idea of our style, she made product selection easy by narrowing down options for us and all the while maintaining our budget. Also, where other contractors required that we order and be responsible for all materials, Flansburg took responsibility for all, which was such a relief!Once construction was underway, everything went more smoothly than we could have expected. The workmanship exceeded our expectations and our project manager provided progress updates daily, in addition to letting us know what to expect the following day(s). He was also very responsive to us and was patient when explaining the work.Everyone associated with the project was kind, courteous and extremely neat. We highly recommend Flansburg Construction for any renovation needs and will call upon them again ourselves with any additional projects we may have in future.Services: Remodeling
