Every time I am at this store there is always a terrible inconvenience. Their card reader broke for an entire day and forced any transaction to be cash only, not only that but the store closed in the middle of the day for thirty minutes without anything about that being online.

This place is horrible closed the stores 2 hours before they were supposed to for no reason and they are sitting in the back on their phones when there were 3 other Customers waiting outside wondering what was wrong

Horrible experience today at 2:00. Went in asked the greasy haired guy at the counter for help and im not sure if he was having a bad day or was just lazy, but i asked if they had an accessory for an item i had and he got such an attitude. He pointed at the wall and said they are over there. I asked him for a little assistance since ive been in the store before and the item i was refered did not work/fit. He proceeds to scoff and without moving an inch he angrily respond by saying they all fit and proceeded too look like he hated working there He seemed like he didnt want to be there let alone help someone who walked in. I will apply for his position since i know even on my worst days i wone give horrible service like that.

I was intending to purchase a game for my PlayStation 4. I requested to inspect the CD, and it exhibited noticeable scratches. Therefore, it is crucial to be cognizant of the fact that they do not conduct quality checks on the CDs when acquiring them from individuals, So be aware.

Employees are very rude I made sure to call ahead and ask if they had a certain game when I get there they say they can only apply a discount to a new copy not a pre-used copy. I knew this was false because they have price matched to pre used copies before

Its so frustrating that I can’t get a hold anyone at this company. I emailed on Christmas Eve, no response yet even though I’ve gotten marketing emails. Sat on hold for 21 minutes to no answer. I then called local store and no one answers then Im hung up on. I placed an order online and come to find out when my nephew opened his Christmas present, there was no game in the case. So disappointing and embarrassing. How can I get what I ordered asap???

Awful and unethical. They don't answer their phone all day. At checkout, the Sales Rep applied my pro rewards points to my order to give me a "one year cartridge warranty" that I didn't ask for, and then told me about it after the fact, trying to sell it to me as a value. I will never visit this location again!
