Had the best experience at the GNC in Robbinsville location. We met Andrew, the store manager who took the time to explain what the best products were for what we were looking for. He was sooo friendly and personable and this will be the only GNC we go to moving forward!!! His customer service was exceptional.

Went into this store looking for something specific for a Christmas gift. The woman working stated she did not have what was in the picture I showed her. She then pointed me in the direction of another item with similar vitamins in it. I know the brand that I needed and told her I was not sure if this would be ok. I FaceTimed my brother to see if it would be okay. He said it would not due to the silicone that is in it. I told her I was not going to buy it and started to head out of the store. The woman then argued with me saying "all vitamins have preservatives in it" and that what I wanted "was bad for the kidneys" and that "no one buys that" She also then acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about or even asking for after that. She could not even point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. She only showed me one thing. Won't be returning here. I was not looking for an argument or to be proved a point. Was only looking for a gift.

people are nice and try to help you but my last visit was a bit unpleasant because they told me that they were going to give me a lot of shakes for free but they were all expired and when I called to tell them that they were expired the person I spoke to told me that at last They hadn't cost me anything that I didn't have to claim and I told him, I'm not claiming, I'm just letting him know that they have expired. In the end, just make sure that if they offer you something for free, the same thing does not happen to you.

This is honestly the best GNC I EVER BEEN TO!!! I don't understand the low rating. It's good to have staff that knows their products and customers needs and this is what is needed in this industry where people are trying to make the changes they need to their bodies. Andrew helped me out immensely I had decent knowledge but his knowledge was out of this world. I never been to a GNC where the representative knew just about everything coming from New York on military out here in Bordentown he was the guy that pointed me in the right direction. For the first time leaving GNC I felt satisfied with my purchases. I don't ever think I ever want to go to another GNC and luckily I'm here one weekend a month two weeks a year. This store just received a loyal customer.

Great store, always stocked and provide excellent customer service even on busy days! The employees are not pushy for a sale and their manager is also great with the customers. This is the only GNC store I go to while living in NJ.
