Very disappointing. Close to worst haircut I ever had. Cutter didn’t listen to my request and after washing I noticed one side was too long and did not fad. Haircut before that was by Jenny from same store who did a gear job
Is there a was to reserve or request a specific person?

my wife went to get her hair cut today and had the worst experience she’s ever had at a hair salon. the entire time she was there, Nancy was telling her how “thin” her hair is and that the last person who cut her hair “did what they could”. the ENTIRE time she kept putting her down and making her feel bad about herself and her hair. that’s not at all how a stylist should talk to a client at all. i would give 0 stars if i could

Barber didn’t even touch the back of my head. Front hair is about 2 inches and the back is about 5 inches. I’ve never given a haircut and I haven’t gone to cosmetology school but I can assure you these people have no clue what they’re doing. Pretty upset. And if you leave a bad review they give you some generic response from corporate to show you they really don’t care. All of the reviews from the last almost 2 years that aren’t obviously fake are 1 or 2 stars. Not wasting my time with customer service. Maybe the company should actually do something about it. What a joke of a business. Don’t even bother with this spot. I’d rather pay triple their rate than go there again.

The quality of this place has gone down, I used to love the service and people there. But the last time I went, my little brother got a haircut and went to pay for it, I didn’t realize he didn’t leave a tip, so one of the ladies came up to me to tell me that I should teach him that you have to give a tip for these sorta things, and just wanted to let me know that it’s rude not to. I was surprised, at how she came up to us for that, he’s like 12 mind you, and I didn’t know how to respond either. Even when I asked for a haircut the entire time they were like, no I can’t do that, that’s not for a cheap place like this and stuff. However, it was the same haircut I asked the last time, and a lady last time was really excited to give the cut since it was something new for her. Overall, I am pretty disappointed, and will not be coming back after that experience.

Worst Experience, Very clearly I told him I do not want to get Short hair and insisted not to use clippers only use Scissors, he accepted also,
He started using clippers, i thought he is just using for the back. He did full sides with clippers and it ended very bad. When I questioned at the end, he replied clipper or scissor does the same job. I dont know if he is the owner he is Bald headed.
Never gonna comeback.

This place is getting worse and worse. I recently had two disappointing experiences at Great Clips in Hamilton, NJ. Some of the staff seemed inexperienced and lacked basic skills in cutting hair. Both times, I left with uneven and poorly styled haircuts. It's clear that they need to improve their training and hire more qualified professionals. I do not recommend this location if you care about how your hair looks. Never going back there.

Someone cut my mother in laws hair months ago.. some lady with lots of tattoos. She really hacked her hair up so bad we’re both still upset months later. Tsk tsk SuperCuts.

This place has done better before but this last Friday, the woman that cut well not cut but completely messed up my son’s hair ( we had family pictures that weekend that I had to cancel) the lady that cut my son’s hair was passive aggressive towards my kids and was watching them like a hawk, she told them to sit down on the chairs on a very rude way after they tried coming with me to get my toddler a haircut they had done nothing wrong other than wanting to be next to their mom!!
And completely ignored my haircut request and did what she thought it was a haircut; but my 6 year old could have done it better!
I’ve reached out to the 1800 number and still no response from owner, I believe the lady that made our experience bad was Kim? I’m not sure but at least that’s what the receipt said.

Not really that great. Only went in because I had time to kill. I don't think I'll ever be back. Vibe was kind of crabby from the stylist.
