Revising my review since HBS followed up and Andy came back and took care of the issue.I had bunch of window balancers replaced by Hamilton Building Supply. Two of them in my kids rooms broke within couple of weeks and upon emailing them several times, sales manager and lead technician kept promising replacements but never bothered showed up on scheduled dates. No apologies and no call backs. Never again doing business with HBS

Absolute best all around work from start to finish. From picking out my windows and doors to having then installed the entire process was handled above and beyond what I could ask for. Jim made sure the measurements and order were exact and delivered on time while always sending updates and making sure the contract was exactly what I wanted. The install itself was better then any jobsite I have personally been on. The crew was on time every single day, worked a full day, went above and beyond, clean and efficient. For a full house of windows and doors to be done in a few days time and done to perfection with no corners cut was amazing. One of the most well oiled machines in the business as far as I'm concerned. This is exactly why you buy at a business like this and not some major corporation. The amount of pride they took in their work from start to finish cannot be beat! Keep up the great work!

Went to obtain a quote for various materials. Upon returning to purchase some items on the quote, an employee (not the one who did the quote) said that the prices listed were not realistic. He proceeded to insist that the prices are not right, then the employee who did create the quote came by. They spoke and were very blunt on the fact that the prices were incorrect and how this was going to cost the company. Conversation kept occurring about how the boss will not accept it and how he understands they’re busy and how they will have to honor the quote’s pricing. Eventually the employee raised the price more for removing one item for another (of smaller size). Obviously up charging to try to make up for some of the potential lost. Then proceeded with a new excuse that it was a package deal, so selecting certain items increases the price of others if not bought all together. Mind you nothing of this sort was spoken about when obtaining the quote nor was it listed anywhere on the quote. Manager got involved and said what happened here is that the item was quoted incorrectly, and there’s nothing we can do. Not even honoring the price on the listed quote.So after wasting my time on obtaining a quote, nothing was resolved and the price was not even honored. Don’t waste your time here as they don’t even agree with their own policies.

We recently completed a significant project with Hamilton Building Supply (HBS) Company. The project consisted of the replacement of over fifty (50) “custom sized” Marvin windows and doors and the replacement of our homes Cedar siding with Duration siding on our Bucks County home. We worked very closely with Jim Miller and John Carroll on the ordering process. Jim and John came to our home numerous times to ensure we had all the required specification for the Marvin windows and fully understood scope of the project.The order was placed in early April of 2022 and John worked with Marvin on the delivery dates and dealing with the challenges of ordering custom windows during the pandemic and supply challenge issues. The HBS team keep me updated throughout the ordering process and the materials started arriving in late 2022. Jim scheduled the installation for the third week of January once they had all of the material.The installation team was lead by Ryan with tremendous support from Andy, Joe and newest team member Keelan. These guys were amazing! They treated our home like it was their own – incredible respectful and went above and beyond every day! The work site was spotless throughout the day and by evening you couldn’t even tell they were there (for the most part since scaffolding was required). They minimized the impact of the cold weather during the window installation process and worked around our schedule as needed.And thanks to Jim for staying engaged throughout the ordering and installation process to ensure the job was completed on time and exceeded our expectations.I strongly recommend the team at HBS for any building needs you may have. They have everything a construction or contractor carpenter could need. Tools lvl beams, lumber ,sheet rock etc. Not to mention they are as nice and knowledgeable as can be they even help you load you lumber!
