I am very dissatisfied with your service department. I feel like you are not honest with the customer and I had to speak with a higher level manager to express my concerns.This is not the first time I had a problem, but this time I called ahead to confirm how much I was going to pay for the service when I heard the price I was happy. However, when I checked in my vehicle I was quoted about $100.00 over. I told them I was fortunate to have recorded the conversation and would gladly share the call with whoever was willing to listen and validate my complaint.I think service management are helpful but Craig M. did not help at all. Instead he tried putting the blame on me stating I didn’t explain the issue clearly. But I did! When I called I stated that I need my key fob replaced, repaired or refurbished. I was asked if I have the blade, I said yes and was quoted with a veteran discount.The first issue had to do with a malfunction that just so happened to fail right after warranty ran out. I did bring this up a few times during the warranty but was told no errors. The CarPlay is no longer working and they want to charge me thousands of dollars. Horrible experience. The photo shows what I needed.

Great customer service Michael Perri ‼️‼️. I couldn’t have asked for the outstanding support and thoroughness for the work performed both from Michael and tech who worked on my car. I’m truly thankful for the Wow factor from start to finish. 100% satisfied and more‼️‼️‼️. Thank you again

Very poor customer service - Nobody answers the phone after several tries. Just beacause I've the free Oil change included when I bought the car there they think that they are doing a favour and don't respect the customers. I've heard the same from few of my friends who have also had the same issues.

Spent 4 hours waiting for an oil change. I must have made the service rep mad. By refusing any of the service add one, she was trying to sell me. The appointment was made as a waiting for service not a drop off. She changed it to a drop off knowing I was there waiting. In addition they told me that my tires are bad. 29 k on them. Took to a trusted tire company and they said they have more time. Oh by the way I’m not the only one that has experience this. Steer clear of this place if you can. As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for the service manager to call. I wont hold my breath. Hey HH don’t respond to this “ we appreciate your feedback call us we would like to speak with you “ You have my number call me!

Don't use their service department. It's awful.Save the headache and aggravation!The service is subpar, the customer service is awful to non-existent.If they offer you set for life when you buy the car ask them to give you money off ($500 is what you pay for it) and take your car anywhere else.Trust all the one star reviews. Wish I would have.

Absolutely the worse service phone call of my life. I first called and got hung up on and then I called again and was received by someone named Amber. I don’t know what was with her but it felt like I was being attacked through the phone because I was surprised that the earliest appointment for an oil change is til November 3rd. Today is October 10th. I was being very friendly before she continuely repeated the same information even though I asked for something else. Very disappointed and deeply confused on how this is how they want people to keep coming back.Edit: I saw other reviews as well and they are all true. You make an appointment to drop the car off at 8 in the morning for an oil change and a maintenance check and your car isn't done til 4pm to 5pm. I missed when the service area was in the smaller building and when they actually used the courtesy vehicles to drop people off who live literally 10 minutes away.

Service center is an absolute mess. You're forced to make an appointment but it doesn't matter because you'll be waiting 3+hours for a simple free oil change, just like before the appointment system.They get pushy for upsells and will be rude when you refuse. This is my last Honda owned.

Don't. Just don't. Do you know how hard it is to be less than 4 stars??? Every bad review is true. I've had nothing but horrible experiences here. My favorite was no courtesy shuttle when there are literally 2 parked outside.

Horrid service! I bought my CRV at Hamilton Honda and was glad to hear about the lifetime oil changes. My oil change light just came on so I called for an appointment. The soonest appointment I can get is 3 and a half weeks from now. Awful! Terrible! Useless! I guess that's how they planned to dump people who were promised their "free oil change."

Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500. They refused to fix some dents/dings, a broken mirror turn signal and a dented bumper. All I asked was for $500 off of the price to get everything fixed. They without hesitation said no we don't do that. If I hadn't been looking for months (low inventory) and if the dealer wasn't local, I would have left without purchasing the truck. Then the clincher was when I went to pick up the license plates and registration and I had a balance still to pay. I found the salesman and he said well it was only an estimate from DMV when you made the purchase. Sounded hokey to me. I paid the balance and walked out. Only way I will ever go back is to get my free car washes that came with the purchase.

I have purchased two vehicles from Hamilton Honda and had a very good sales experience. The service department is something entirely different. Please pay attention if you get your vehicle serviced there, as I was just scammed out of close to $500 for several services I never requested. They had a record of what I requested which was a tire rotation, oil change, and to repair yet another recall, two actually. My daughter dropped off the car for me and signed the work order. The tech never highlighted that there was over $400 of additional unrequested work, so she signed. Since they offer oil changes for free when you purchase a vehicle, they need to make up the lost revenue somehow, and scamming people is one way to do it, I guess. When I asked about it and said that they had proof of what I requested, the "Manager" basically laughed at me with an "I don't have a single f**k to give" look and said well, you signed. So beware of the disgusting scam artists running the service department, as you WILL be scammed at some point. I will continue to get my oil changes there only because they are free, and I will try to make every encounter difficult for the Manager. It must be a pretty nice $$ making operation. I'm not sure why I'm still surprised when people decide to walk in filth and treat people this way, but this "Manager" certainly represents filth well.

Since last 4 years I used their services for regular servicing of my CRV because of free oil changes. But I should have known that there is no free meal! They charge ridiculous labour charge. About 60% of the total servicing cost. I got charged $600 for 1 hour of work. I think they have increased the charges to am extent I wont visit there any more. They recovered my 4 years of free oil changes in one visit. Its a Scam.

They sell you free oil change for life and make you wait entire day for simple oil change. While selling the vehicle they say no appointment needed but when you go there they make you wait all day because you didn't have an appointment. If you try to make appointment, good luck because you won't see an appointment for next 3 weeks and by that time you oil level will be so low that you end up paying at another dealership to get the oil change. SCAMMING CAR DEALER AND EVEN SKETCHIER SERVICE STATION. Shame on you!
