I've been going to the same massage therapist at this location for a year now.. Carla is beyond amazing!! I've had decent enough but pretty mid experiences with other therapists at a different location that's closer to me.. but she always makes sure you're super comfortable, really caters to your specific needs, and makes sure every session is top tier! Also, all the front desk girlies are always super pleasant and helpful!

One of the best professional massages I've ever had! It truly helped relieve muscle pain and tension in my upper back and shoulders.
I felt a huge difference after just one session — more mobility, less discomfort, and complete relaxation. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness or stress!

Went for the neveskin treatment. Called TWICE beforehand to ensure I could use massage gift cards for their monetary value toward a different service, and was told yes. Turns out there were stipulations that were not communicated to me. Then the general manager promised to look into it and get back to me to make it right. Never happened. Reading these other reviews, making false promises seems to be what she does.

I had received my massage from the first time at a Hand & Stone massage franchise. I was helped by lovely receptionists who were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My massage was amazing. I enjoyed every moment of it. My massage therapist was Aubrey and she was amazing. I recommend her. She does amazing work and is kind and thoughtful.

Massage was great. Front desk scheduling was awful. Left waiting in lobby for 30 minutes. Called manager who said she’d call me back but did not and has since ignored my calls. Canceled membership. Pay too much to be treated that way.

came in specifically for a chemical peel, was told after already arriving that the lady doing my facial was brand new and refused to do a chemical peel on me .
Front desk staff was rude and spoke over me when i tried to explain how upset i was that i didn’t get what i asked for .
Also got no extractions with my facial and mask was only left on for 2 minutes / ridiculous ! never coming here again
Front desk is extremely rude!!
they charged me 70 dollars for THEM canceling MY appointment . disgusting
