“I had a VERY embarrassing, but wonderful experience at this branch today. I had stopped there with my mom to withdraw some $ to pay a bill for her, via the drive-thru. At some point, I returned to the bank with the suspicion that I was shortchanged. The teller who waited on me had to close up and count her drawer while we (me and my mom) waited in the main customer area. The branch manager then approached us and we followed her to a side office to talk. It was then that I realized how completely wrong I was. I was looking at $100 bills, and somehow my brain was telling me they were $20's instead. The branch manager was VERY understanding. She even gave me an opportunity to compose myself before leaving the side room. While it was amongst the most embarrassing things I've ever done, the fact that the branch manager was SO understanding made things less embarrassing. In closing, I want to again apologize to the teller who was forced to close up and count her drawer. My total experience turned out pleasant in the end due to the extreme understanding of the staff and the branch manager whose name I can't remember. THANK YOU so much to the branch manager for helping me straighten my head out!!! This PNC branch is absolutely the BEST!!! Hat's off to all of you working there, and again I'm sorry for causing such a stir over a mistake I made!!!”

I’m currently starting in stock trading on my own, and make profits, so far. BTW – you can park your car at the municipal parking on Spring Street, a block away from this office at low cost.”
