They messed up with my car. Went there for change oil. After 3 hours my car ia not working and i have to pay for tow to return my car there. They said it was fine. But when i drove when i stop my car wont move and my brakes is hard. Then my engine lights turn on. Now i have to take my car to nissan to check on it. My car is fine and do maintenance all the time. I will never recommend this place.

I'm kinda blown away. I've never said that about a service station visit.
From the greeting at my entrance to the personalized discharge on my exit and everything in between was thorough, professional and with my best interest and safety in mind.
I brought a fleet car in for routine maintenance and left with a car that feels safer and drives nicer. Jiffy lube discovered some neglect from previous service stations and provided the proof.
The waiting area is comfortable and clean with clean bathrooms and an impressive selection of reading material. Not only will my fleet car be returning, my personal car will now be serviced at jiffy lube of Hamilton. Bravo gentlemen you impressed an old jaded lady who marks her tires and leaves breadcrumbs to ensure the work is done.

I want to give a special shout out to Scott at the Mercerville location. After my oil was changed, I left, leaving behind my stainless-steel water bottle. When Scott realized I had forgotten it, he immediately called me. Unfortunately, I didnt see the message until I called the next morning to say I had left my water bottle behind. Scott answered the phone and told me he did indeed have my bottle and was holding it for me. When i went back to Jiffy Lube to grab it, Scott came out to my truck before I had time to unbuckle my seat belt!! Im so grateful for his kindness and his doing everything he could to make it as painless as possible for me to retrieve my water bottle. My visit to Mercerville was already a great one - my truck gets top notch care every time I come by for an oil change, etc., and everyone is always very professional and helpful. and for this most recent visit, Scott went above and beyond. Thank you, Scott!!!!
