Disappointed with store quality of merchandise stitching, obscene amount of glue, showing on shoes and expect for price for product I won’t recommend snipes or shop there no longer I rather go to an store hub then spend money and poor quality

The service here is lacking. No customer service. Not helpful. Not pleasant. Said we couldn’t use the changing rooms because they were full of boxes. It a good experience.

The cashier must have not put im my correct email for my receipt this is the second time this happened to me there was a new person who was very very pleasant he was knowledgeable helpfull thanks for your help he should her a raise.

Sign and ONLINE directory said it closed at 7. Worker saw me and my daughter approach door and he locked it. I said the sign stated 7 and he said they close at 6:30 to do inventory.

I bought $200 worth of shoes and socks , sales rep forgot to remove security tag from Nike socks. I throw receipt away because I had no plan to exchange or return anything (who returns socks anyways ) then I found out the rag and went there very next day to get it remove! They completely denied to remove tag. I showed them the transaction from my credit card and requested them to pull up the receipt from their computer system. But guess what they were lazy to do that either. Plus they started blaming me saying I could have stole the socks . Wow . So basically, I got humiliated in front of other customers in the store for asking them to remove security tag from $30 worth of socks.Don’t want to go there again and I will make sure none of my friends and family visit this store ever.

I purchased $320 worth sneakers and. Karl Kani Blue Twill Skirt as a gift for my daughter. The Karl Kani Blue Jean dress was defective in that the straps were not sewn correctly and you couldn’t adjust them. I called the Nottingham store and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Call the Trenton store and the man I spoke with said they should answer. The dress was $55 and I don’t live anywhere near the store. I take public transportation unless I can find someone willing to travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would appreciate someone answering the phone so zI can speak to a manager. Either a full refund or a store credit if necessary. I even called and emailed the Karl Kani company and was told they were not responsible for the defective straps and the store whom I purchased it from should refund me and send back to Karl Kani as defective. I keep calling but cannot get anyone to answer. That is really poor Customer Service and will make customers not come back. If I could rate a zero star I would!
