Convenient to shop there, their prices are quite reasonable, and good selection of clothing, etc. The service personnel are usually a very good set of people; you rarely come across an associate who does not know about the product, etc. Otherwise, in general, all and all, a good place to shop considering the selection, prices, service level, etc.

a sephora employee at khols was extremely rude and disrespectful, unwilling to help, didn’t greet us, and was throwing our items around while checking out.

Was disappointed with the lack of merchandise. I’ve never seen the store so messy. Things were all over the place in some departments there was no organization. Merchandise wasn’t marked. It had no tags on it all all to check the price. I’ve never seen kohls look like that in all the years I’ve shopped there. If it wasn’t for the catalog I wouldn’t shop at kohls at all

I go in to return stuff and I’m waiting in line and then a girl says watch out for the bees. I look up and I see dozens of bees flying right above the desk. They are building a huge nest and nothing is being done about it. Otherwise pretty good.

Went to return an online order today. Brenda, the sales associate, commented on the nice color of the shoes. I told her I really liked the shoes too but the sale price was still too high (buyer's remorse), so I decided to return them.
Normally, a sale associate will do just what you ask & you go on your way. Well, Brenda went beyond what was expected. She mentioned that the shoes had a better sales price today. I was so appreciative. She did a return & I bought the shoes at the NEW SALES price... Total blessing.

The salespersons,Susan n Renee were very gracious, kind n very helpful. The Kohl's that I shop at
is in Mays Landing. I was able to find shorts that fit me very nicely n
other nice apparel.
