After how rude she was when treating my son, he wasn't moving and she was constantly moving the needle to draw blood on purpose... I will never, ever go back to that lab. Don't take your children there, especially if they are small.

Fast and professional. I checked in at 8:30 AM on a Friday without an appointment for routine bloodwork, and was done and out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Today was supposed to been in and out 930 appointments on time, 2 people ahead of me no big deal first the lady didn’t pronounce my name correctly I didn’t have much information cause I found out that night i had to come there, she didn’t wanna touch my phone like it had Covid-19 & with a pen. She threw my ID back at me, she was on the phone 3 times wasting my time in a professional place with no cameras, listening to what they were saying when I was walking in I hope they get what they was looking for baby for as I know, they don’t pay enough, yall Gossip, Talk filthy, Be rude, no work related conversations, slow work Performance Unsanitary she use the same gloves to take blood to do a DNA test, WOW!! How nasty 🤮

LabCorp did the wrong test on me, and I checked with the woman at the front desk, as well as the technician, each of them times, to make sure I was also having another test done. The technician did not understand me, nor was I able to understand her. I also told the technician that I was allergic to latex and needed the hypoallergenic tape, and she put the other tape on me which resulted with extreme redness and a rash on my arm!

Very very ghetto. Better off going to Trenton nj on Warren st as they are quick, brief & professional. The Hamilton office is very loud, like a school cafeteria. The workers don’t have inside voices, just pure havoc. They vent after receiving the text that they’re ready, you’re still waiting for another hour. Won’t be back.

I went to this Labcorp to get STAT bloodwork (bloodwork where they rush the results and get them back to you same day). Despite my doctor’s requisition clearly saying STAT, the person who checked me in confirming they can do STAT, and the person who processed my doctor’s requisition stamping the piece of paper with a STAT stamp, Labcorp somehow processed my bloodwork as routine and NOT STAT. My doctor’s office had called Labcorp for my results several times that day, and was first told that my results would be ready “in an hour and a half,” until that time came and went and a different Labcorp employee said that my lab work wasn’t processed as STAT at all and that the results would NOT come in the same day. This means that I missed the time window to start the medication course I was supposed to start, and as a result will have to delay my med cycle for a whole month.
Labcorp is literally like the DMV. Except worse, because the employees stab you with needles. But then they don’t get you your results in time, which means the needle stabbing is pointless, and messes up your entire medical timeline for a month.

It was fine but the woman who drew my labs scratched my skin with the needle as she pulled it out. I get other labs done once a month elsewhere and have only had that happen maybe one time in the past 5 years. I'll definitely be looking for a different location if I have to go back to labcorp.

I’ve been here quite frequently and I’ve always had a good experience! Everyone here works hard and diligently to get you in and out the door. I’m terrible with needles and they’ve taken very good care of me!

I don't recommend it, before they had good staff but now, the person who took care of me has no professional ethics, first the rubber made it horrible tight, then when I was going to draw my blood it squeezed my vein
I even got blood everywhere and after a week I can hardly move my arm and I got three bruises on my arm, which is still swollen and hurts.

Staff is friendly and you can always schedule appointments ahead of time. Every time I've been to the lab I see the waiting room packed and wonder if people are aware they can schedule appointments to avoid waiting for who knows how long. I'm always in and out of there in about 10-20 min.

The staff used to be rude and disrespectful. I would be uncomfortable walking in door. Since 2024 the staff has become compassionate, they answer questions and I’m treated with respect.
