I would give this LabCorp no stars if I could ! Front desk staff is terrible!! Not helpful at all with the elderly patients I seen when I was there ! I'll stick with the LabCorp in English Creek EHT

I’ve always had a good experience here. The girls are always so pleasant, and keep me laughing. They are also so accommodating. This is my go to location every time! I appreciate them so much!

Unorganized, have their own supplies locked up and telling patients “oh well”, no manners. The girl who drew my blood was lovely but they stuck my wife twice and then gave up “oh we can’t take your blood”
Went right over to another location and she was taken care of in half the time with no complications.

Ignorant receptionist every time I go. She continually talks down to you and last week when I went, 4 people in the waiting room were disgusted with her ignorance.

VERY RATCHET AND LOUD!!!! The nurse was Hollering over me while taking blood to speak to the front desk assistant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Arrived at Labcorp and went in. I was only patient there.
I went to front desk with my paperwork.
After several minutes waiting for front desk clerk, l saw 3 staff back chi chatting. Finally someone and said you got to sign in and went back to talking to other 2 there. I went to check in and info was wrong?!! I never had B/C Health Ins. I’m a Vietnam Veteran and my health insurance is through them!
I tried to get the Receptionist again and she sarcastically said, you still have to check in there “Judi!” Sarcastically!!!
I then said it won’t let me complete check-in and said you have all my info, again she was sarcastic, l tried to complete check in and it said they are now closed!!!!! I mentioned and she sarcastically said well, we’re here aren’t we “Judi!” Sarcastically again.
She said well l guess we’re closed you’ll have to come back tomorrow Judi!!!
I was so livid at this Receptionist l encountered LAST year, l walked saying this must be why your ratings at a 3.1!!!! She yelled back ya, because of you!!!!
I will NEVER go back there again!!! I said, angered, so you still get paid to sit around and chat and get for it!!!!
I’m not the only one that has encountered this one particular unprofessional Receptionist ever with display of verbal unprofessionalism!!!

Just got bloodwork done here a few hours ago. The team was friendly with each other and communicated clear instructions to everybody who needed help. We just walked in with my Doctor’s referral and I was getting my blood drawn within 15 minutes. I forgot to ask her name but the lady who drew my blood was nice and efficient, no pain just a pinch. I had like 8 bloods taken or something but it was all over before a tear could escape my eye(I’m scared of needles). She was very sweet which calmed my nerves a lot. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the only part about it that I hated was knowing there was a needle in my arm lol. Good place good people

As usual I had a terrific experience. Quick in and out, best admin and tech staff. I've NEVER experienced a painful stick. Jessica took care of me this time.

Had an appointment today at 11, went and clocked in. I took with me my doctors note. They call my name and I show them the note and the girl in front tells me that the note isn’t valid because it wasn’t filled in so I was going to fill it in myself and she tells me I’m not suppose to fill it in when the paper is asking for MY information. Then she proceeds to tell me she can’t help me.
Front desk girls have terrible attitude towards patients. Never coming here again

Avoid this location. Does not prioritize the patients with appointments. Had an 11:45 appointment, arrived 11:30 and did not get back to process my paperwork (only) until 12:05. Also, all 4 check-in kiosks were out of order. I think there is only 1 person available to draw blood, which is crazy when I have been to smaller offices that are fully staffed and get you in and out on time. There were 7 appointments available when I booked, they should not have been available if they cannot provide the staff.

They are very rude an disrespectful here. No customer service. The woman at the front desk called "fellman" along with another woman, I go in and she says she never called me. I go outside to the waiting room and ask and everyone in there said they heard Fellman.10 minutes later she calls " Maura" not even by my last name. I go in sit and she goes" See , now I called you " I said everyone heard Fellman as well earlier. " Who's everyone "? I said the people outside they heard it as well. " " Trust me, I didnt".Iet it go. That's so rude.She then gave me a pee cup for my urine typed some stuff in computer , then just a minute later forgot she had ready written a cup with my name on me besides her!So I know it's not me.I peed an was wondering which counter to place cup onShe snapped at me " I thought you been here before, you should know where to put it". I said to her Not for a urine.There's multiple counters here how am I supposed to know.That's so against patient privacy privacy to have people walking in while blood is being drawn.The tech that drew my blood was nice but she was sniffling and was clearly sick with no mask on.Labcorp clearly doesn't care judging by these reviews, im switching back to quest.Toilet don't flush either.

When I went a little while back the lady taking my blood propped her phone in the little plastic basket the vials go in and was texting?? I was actually in shock and I will never go to this location ever again
