So far, so good! Was able to get into my unit same day that I ordered it (I went to the unit about 30 minutes after I paid and I had access). The process was so smooth to get started, and was welcomed right away. I was shown how to lock and unlock the unit from the site manager, and it’s been a breeze so far! The site manager, Dave, told me to download the app for Bluetooth access for the gate and that has been amazing. Definitely recommend this site for your storage needs!

I had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage in Robbinsville, NJ, thanks to Daniel! From start to finish, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He patiently explained all my options, gave me a thorough tour of the facility, and made sure I understood every step of the rental process. Daniel’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made everything stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and Daniel’s top-notch customer service really sets it apart. Highly recommend asking for him if you need storage!

Super helpful staff and very available whether it be in person or over the phone. I forgot to bring the key to my storage unit and he willingly helped me break down the lock to get into my unit without a minimal complaint even though it was definitely a hassle for him to do so. Super friendly throughout the whole process as well. The app was also really helpful to use to get in and out of the facility and keep track of my reservation. 100% would use this as my go to storage option if needed.

My experience at this Extra Space location was fantastic - easy to get a spot that was exactly what I needed and the employees were always helpful. Tyler was very friendly and made the move-out process super easy when I relocated out of state. Thanks for everything!

I came here after having a bad experience at another storage facility, and I have been very pleased with my experience so far. Climate-controlled units are clean and dry and the property manager is incredibly helpful!!
