We were shopping for a storage facility close to home. We checked two other facilities less than a mile from this facility all on Quakerbridge Rd. Hamilton. The manager here, Jason was very courteous, friendly and fully knowledgeable of the facility operations. He was very clear about the business end of the rental process and offered the best value of the three storage facilities for the same sized unit. He showed us the unit we would be renting and instructed us on the overhead door and lock operation (we purchased a new lock on-site). Also, this facilities’ access hours were the best of the three. By far, Life Storage and Jason were the ‘go to’ storage rental facility.

went in and signed up with Jason, who was great, explained everything and answered all my questions. Great rate for a 10X20 unit and moved my stuff over from Public Storage on Route One where I had a very bad experience. Looking forward to continuing to work with them!
