My mother and I have been coming here for several years. We are fine with pretty much getting anyone and they always take us as they advertise walkins. We may wait a little but that’s ok. Today we come in and a new receptionist tells us there’s no room for us and we need to come back later which never happens. My mom shows Carmen a picture of coral nails with flowers on one nail. Carmen only brings over two options and neither are coral. My mom keeps saying those are not the correct color and Carmen laughs and proceeds to paint them the wrong color. She also did the flowers all the wrong colors. My mom expresses several times she is not happy yet is still made to pay $80. We are not rich and she’s not gonna spend $80 on nails for vacation that she is very unhappy with. She went back and said she’s really upset and she doesn’t want these nails for vacation that she is not happy with and just wants the right color. At this point Carmen is gone so her daughter Claudia tells my mom she needs to pay $15 for color change. Absolutely not. It was about a hour difference and she wanted the color she asked for the first time. Claudia says “I can’t help you.” Just lost two long time clients.

honestly, she didn’t rush and she took her time to get the design on point i saw at least 3 people come and bring her huge tips, i myself gave her quite the tip. Thank you for doing my nails they are exactly what i wanted.

Wow wow wow! It’s been ages since my last pedi and it was definitely starting to show. Majestic came up after a quick google search in my area and after reading the reviews, I booked a Majestic Special Pedicure with Alex. WOW. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough pedicure in my life. She took her time, checked in with me often about temperature and comfort, and honestly my toes have never looked better. They have a few different pedicures to choose from so I’m excited to get into a regular maintenance schedule. The salon was clean, the employees were super nice, there seemed to be a ton of regular which is always a good sign in my book, and the online appointment scheduling was incredibly convenient.

Vivi is amazing. She took her time and was a perfectionist with her work. Once all was done I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Save yourself the money and go elsewhere, this happened during my pedicure and still had to pay full price and an hour later my manicure polish never dried, horrible place to go, would not recommend at all

Monica is very efficient and does a great job with all of her manicures. Her entire staff is very friendly! She will always do her best to fit you into her schedule or her staff.

Just recently moved to the area and third time is the charm! I had tried two other local salons and wasn’t happy.
Today was awesome. I had a spa pedicure with Jen, I didn’t feel rushed it was super relaxing the salon was clean and friendly. I never felt pressured or upsold like I did at the other place. I will definitely be coming back to this salon from now on!
