A family member recommended your store, so I convinced my husband to go there. Poor choice on my part. He ordered a tailored suit and shirt for an upcoming wedding. He will probably never wear the suit or the shirt. First suit jacket came in way too small and then the second jacket came in with short shelves. The shirt came back as well with short shelves they are shorter than the jacket. The money he paid for a suit he will never wear. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

All around a great experience. Suits are expensive!! Bought one for my husband that's great quality, looks magnificent on him and was able to get a free shirt and free tie. Young lady spent alot of time with us until we got the right suit for him.

My fiancé got a “custom” suit made here that is not actually custom at all. They took measurements in the store but somehow still needed many alterations when the suit arrived at the store. The alterations were completed and the suit still doesn’t fit properly. He took the suit to a professional tailor and the tailor explained and showed just how the suit should actually fit. Now a few hundred dollars more have to go into fixing a “custom” suit that Men’s Warehouse already charged a lot for. They couldn’t even size him properly for his button down shirt. Do not waste your time or money with them. Seeing the bad reviews and ignoring them has turned into a very expensive lesson learned.

EDIT To Add: Alex fixed our whole situation!! Unfortunately a new staff said somethings that shouldn't have been said!We will see if they rectify the situation on Monday, but based on the reviews they won't!!! My fiance ordered a suit for our upcoming wedding, suit came in avdv does not match or even come close to matching the groomsmen!!! I was beyond clear I DID NOT want a royal blue, but a NAVY blue since that's what the rental was.... Yeahhhhhh my fiance's suit is ROYAL BLUE!!! I am beyond sick!!! The girl who helped me kept trying to tell me what I said when we ordered the suit... Yeah NOT what I said I was very clear in saying I wanted then to match, and wanted NAVY not ROYAL BLUE!!! Soooo they told us we'd have to order a whole NEW suit and yet again pay full price for that!!!! UMMMM we are planning a wedding don't have almost a thousand dollars to drop on suits!!! Hopefully the manager will make this right on Monday, but I wish I read the reviews first!!!

Not for me.....the quality is just not there. A few years ago the clothing seemed a bit better. But aside from that ...the associates could be a bit more available than spending time on the phone. If a customer has an inquiry ...please don't make it seem that that is bothersome. I'll continue shopping for my suis in Cherry Hill where there are more stores catering to formal wear and associates are pleasant.

Never shopping here again. The experience was horrible. I called 72 hours before my wedding since I never got a phone call like I was promised and it was rudely stated that my suits been ready since April and they then hung up. When I tried the suit on for finalFit it was extremely oversized and they thought it was a joke. Said there was nothing they can do and made the “best attempt” to get it to fit right.Also tie was wrong color and they said I was color blind and didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to wear 3 pieces of my own clothing to make my wedding work. When I returned it I wanted to talk to the manager and they said don’t you see we are busy, the rental rack for reruns is right there. I dropped my suit and left. Never going back and all my connections in the south jersey area of individuals getting married won’t either. As a District Manager of Mattress Firm, theHighest rated retailer on google, unfortunately this was an absolute embarrassment of retail business and customer service

I recently had a suit rental experience at Men’s Wearhouse that left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. The employees who assisted me rushed through the sizing process, resulting in every piece of the suit being excessively baggy. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up the suit, I was told they couldn't order a smaller size. As a result, I had to cancel my rental.I had high expectations when I visited, hoping for accurate measurements and a well-fitted suit. However, the employee seemed to be in a hurry from the moment I arrived. They didn't pay enough attention to ensure the sizing was accurate, despite my expressed concerns about potential bagginess.On the day I was supposed to collect the suit, I was shocked to find that every piece was indeed too loose. It was evident that the measurements taken were either ignored or improperly used when ordering the suit. I immediately brought this issue to the staff's attention, expecting them to find a solution. Unfortunately, I was met with an unhelpful response stating that they couldn't provide a smaller size.This experience caused me significant inconvenience and embarrassment, as I had to attend my event without the suit I had planned to wear. Moreover, the lack of alternative options or any effort from the staff to resolve the situation further aggravated my dissatisfaction.

This was a horrible experience. We went in the beginning of April to rent a tux for my sons prom to beat the rush. The lady who measured him went way to fast in a rush in an empty store. I was told I would be called when the tux was in but never received a call, I had to call. We get there to pick up and try on and his shirt was way to big the girl waiting on us seemed annoyed and told us there was nothing I could do but buy a shirt. I will buy a shirt at another store, I will not give this store one more cent

Love having over $1,000 in rentals at a business then getting hung up on by, “the rental manager”, Aly. Was told wrong prices when we booked and this location chose to be difficult rather than helping the customer and honoring the communicated price. Corporate was able to resolve. Aly, stop working in retail if you can’t handle escalations without being rude and condescending. Great thing to deal with days before our wedding. . .

I had a great experience here. Julia was super helpful and knowledgeable. I have historically had a lot of difficulty clothing shopping and this put an end to many years of that pain. I know where I will be going next time I need to shop for men's formal wear.

Every time my boyfriend and I walk into this particular store it is uncomfortable. The employees just ignore you as if you’re not there, no one approaches anyone, they re just stuck on their phones and when approached it’s as if we interrupted them. Alex used to work at another store and he was amazing help from the very beginning. I’m glad he’s at this store now and I don’t have to travel an hour to get a suit from him again!

We had to come in last minute because of a function. They helped us with no problem! Everything from the jacket to the matching belt.
