I have always liked a jaunt through Michaels...even if I am not looking for anything in particular. Still, I always seem to find bargains and leave with something! This time, I went in particularly to find decorative hat boxes...round or square. I have always been able to find them here. Surprisingly (after searching the shelves for a while), I was told that Michael's no longer carries these boxes, and if they do, it would only be at the holidays! I was very disappointed. I am visiting from out of state and was SURE I could find what I needed here, but...no such luck! Yes, I did leave with 'something', but it definitely was not what I came in for!

Had somethings framed by Ryan just recently, the experience was so nice! Ryan was able to walk me through every detail and answer all of my questions without hesitation. Very helpful, considerate and informative!

I enjoy visiting various Michaels locations post-Christmas for their sales. It's had reaching up to 90 percent off in the past. I've snagged painting kits and fun stickers at great prices. They even have additional coupons on their website. The selection is good as I tend to be able to find most things. However, there's a drawback for members if there's an email address error; fixing it on their screen is not possible, leading to missed coupons. Overall, the professional helpful staff, spacious layout, and value make it likely for me to return.
