Took my car in for a tire alignment, I sat there for over an hour only for them to not do the service claiming I had over $2500 worth of repairs that needed to be done first.
I walked out and took it to another mechanic shop a mile down the road shortly after and they confirmed it was scam.
I only needed a tire alignment done which came to $130 at the other shop, so where did the other $2300 in costs manifest from Midas…shame on you.

A great experience. I bought a older vehicle that needed service and Robert explained everything to me and was even able to allow me to finance my repairs. Don the lead technician took his time out without me having to ask to show me what was wrong and explain the work done and plan with me future work that I wanted done. My truck will hit the 500,000 mile mark with them for sure! For the record I have over 426,000 on it now. Thanks guys.

I was out doing door dash and got a big nail in my tire. It was early and no place was open. I pulled in Midas and Don was able to plug my tire for me a few minuets before they opened. I’m very grateful. Don and Alex were great and very kind and I appreciate them helping me out.

I have to say, the guys at this Broad Street locations are amazing! I am a new customer, I needed and oil change, which they did quite quickly, without and appt. They did an entire write up of things I need done approching 100k. They were not pushy, they were kind and knowledgeable and helped guiding me as to what was most important to do 1st. I got my 2 front tires done 1st and they squeesed me in right before closing. 2 days later I got a nail in a tire, one they didn't put on and they patched it for free. They are trustworthy and go above and beyond! They have a loyal customer now!

Robert here at the MIDAS on broad st in trenton has shown great service skill and attentive to my needs and resolve my problem quickly and repairs were fast.

I was greated with a welcoming smile from Pierre and my car was wished away. I went in for an estimate on a muffler. The dealership actually recommended that I take my car to Midas, because their price was quite pricey. I went to another Midas and was quote 700.00 for a new muffler. Something told me to try another location because they are privately owned. I called the Hamilton NJ location off of Route 33 and made an appointment for today. When Pierre came back to me he handed me my keys and said go listen to your car it should sound better. He stated that the mechanic only found a small hole and he patched it and their would be no charge. I spoke with the mechanic and he said he did not want to replace the whole muffler when it was such a small section that had rusted. I have been truly blessed today by two honest and caring young men. The world still has good honest people in it. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer, but hopefully not to soon.?

They give good service, show you the part to fix in a msg they send to your phone. But they are expensive .

Bad cervisio just trying to get money from people we had my car balanced and they didn't let it come then I took it to have it checked and they said they can't do anything they are stupid bad cervisio zero recommended

This is an outstanding, professional and reliable shop. I highly recommend them for complete preventative maintenance and auto repair. They are honest and reliable in their pricing, and you can always count on Managers Alex & Bob and all of their mechanics to make your day brighter!! I have trusted them to service my car and my family's cars for 14 years. They do all of our maintenance and repairs and we also purchase our tires from them. I can always count on a job well done!!!
Recently I had a major repair done and my warranty company declined my claim. Alex got them on a 3-way call with me and proved to them beyond a doubt that it was their responsibility.
He went above and beyond and got the claim paid in full.
I am truly blessed knowing I can depend on them all the time to keep us all going from A to B.

Most times they have walk in on Broad St., the other one told me I had to wait for 3-4 weeks just for a Oil Change, and they are very friendly...

Brought my daughter’s car here because the warranty states to bring it there. They told me nothing was wrong with the car had a second opinion and they told me the car needed new brakes and rotors and a wheel alignment. I don’t know who the tech was or if he even looked at the car. Not a good experience at all.
