I can't say enough about the integrity, friendliness, expertise, and professionalism I've experienced at the Hamilton Midas since 2008! I used to live in Hamilton but now live in Cherry Hill. Yet I still go to the Hamilton Midas because they are worth traveling for. They are trustworthy, and I know they will always do a great job!

The manager is very friendly and helpful and the techs do great work.Edit - the managers name I dealt with is Alex, he went above and beyond to get my truck squared away. No fault of Midas but my truck had issues getting the TPMS sensors working and he was extremely helpful working with me and my schedule until the issue was solved. Give that man a raise! I wish more people took as much pride and dedication in their work. I will be a customer for life now.

My experience with Midas and their employees were beyond helpful to me they were all a true blessing to me. Bob and Alex went literally above and beyond for me. I honestly couldn't be more grateful for them. I'm very happy that they are running that store because they definitely turned it around completely. Corporate should give them a medal for how good they are doing. They made sure that I was 100% safe and ready to drive my vehicle and after driving it I couldn't agree more that they did a phenomenal job. They definitely have a repeat customer now. Thank you to Bob and Alex and All the employees at Midas. You guys are the best. Thank you so much for your excellent work and help. God Bless You All.

Cool location. I was able to walk in. And ask questions about tires for my truck and trailer. They provided me with a quote right there on the spot. There was literally no pressure to buy from them. They just provided me with information and were all smiles and polite as I left the place

The gentlemen at the facility were nice and personable. Bob helped me make and confirm my appointment over the phone, I originally scheduled it via online but I never got a confirmation so I decided to call. Bob answered and was able to confirm that I did schedule but the time chosen was not good for my work schedule - online it stated past 5 but on their system it stated under 5P. But after talking with Bob he was able to work with me and get something early the next day. The time of service was not that long since my car was next to be on the bay, The gentleman in the front along side Bob at the register was also nice. I didn't catch his name - Sorry! :( But over all - this was my second time going to them after my first visit yrs ago. And I was grateful for their availability cause Honda didn't have anything Until mid November and I couldn't wait that long..

I am honestly surprised with this Midas. Went over and beyond what I was expecting. Me and my boyfriend were on a road trip from Manassas, VA to Nashua, NH for a wedding. We were on the highway when all the sudden my car started shaking really bad and my check engine light was flashing. I DEFINITELY didn't feel comfortable even finishing the rest of the 5 hours on the road without getting it looked at. I normally go to a local Midas in my hometown that quite honestly treats everyone like garbage so I wasn't expecting much when walking into this one but they changed that so much as soon as I walked in and started talking to the guy at the desk. I didn't quite catch his name at all while being there but he treated me way better than any place ever has going in as a female. They had my car in the garage looking at it within MINUTES. Don was super nice and has a great personality when around cars. You can definitely tell that he loved his job. Don had found the problem within 30 minutes. When I go ANYWHERE else in my hometown in VA it takes them HOURS to figure out the issue but not at this one. They even gave me options on what I wanted to do. I ended up needing all new spark plugs and three new coils. The guy at the front desk recommended me to change all six of my coils because of the simple fact of my car being 15 years old and he said he wanted me to be safer than sorry later on down the road. He even printed out both sheets to show me the price difference between changing only the three or changing all six and I've never had someone do that for me before. We were out of there within the next hour after telling them what I wanted to do. We got back on the road after paying and they wished us luck on our road trip. This service was BEYOND helpful and fast. I'm so happy that is didn't interfere with my trip at all and they tried their best to get me in and out of there really fast since I was in a town I had never been in before. I 100% recommend this Midas to locals and to anyone having trouble while traveling. This was days ago and my car hasn't had another problem since. (Also they do first responders discounts and that saved me a lot since it was being put on credit). Thank you!

0 STARS. Reporting to the BBB bc I was lied to about my tire rotation, leading to police involvement and now a civil suit... I requested my tires to be rotated as I just had a bearing replaced recently, appt was at 11am Saturday before Labor Day for and a synthetic oil change. I arrived at 11am, told them how important it was that the tires be rotated bc the bearing was just replaced. At 2:30 my car comes off the lift and I was handed my keys. Unbeknowst to them I marked my tires before I went in. They were not rotated at all, when I asked them to put it on the lift and actually rotate them, I was told they were rotated- I actually had to call the police bc of fraud- after the police came -car went onto lift and my tires were INCORRECTLY rotated as the MANAGER forgot to put the skid plate on one of the tires, took it off lift and all I heard was an awfully nasty screeching, metal to metal noise and a sr “technician” yell “yo you forgot to put the plate on,” hence the terrible noise I heard. It went back on the lift for two minutes, taken off and I was handed my keys. I drove .2 miles pulled over bc it was pulling to the right hard and called the corporate complaint line to be told to I would get a call within 2 business days. Received the call 4 business days later to explain my issue and was told to come meet the DM at that same location today at 9am. I was directed to the wrong location where my service was but performed, he was there, wouldn’t come out of the office to actually speak with me and he lied about his location thinking I got my service done there. He is the SAME DM for the store I got my services at but told me that store was not in his district. Lied to again. MIDAS as a whole- both corporate and franchises are worthless. For all I know they could’ve put conventional oil in my tank not the synthetic I paid for. I will see you next in district court with the police officer that now knows you committed fraud bc corporate told me that upon request free tire rotations are part of my oil change package but will not show on my receipt. The chart they use as a checklist for a safety inspection was marked yes for checking the tire pressure as well in each tire. I checked them when I got home, FD 11PSI, RP 14 PSI, LP 19PSI & RD 16 PSI. That was as another fail along with the caps to secure the new cheap air filter I did not request bc I only wanted one of two brands they don’t carry, replaced it anyway, I refused to pay for it so they didn’t put all the caps back in the cover- I have photos when I popped the hood as soon as I got back home too. It’s a shame $51.59 can’t be refunded to me for mishandling my car bc the technicians are not even certified. That’s why they are technicians, not mechanics. WATCH WITH HAWK EYES OR LISTEN FOR AIR GUNs WHEN REQUESTING A FREE tire rotation that IS including in the oil change packages per corporate.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
