Worst bank of all time. Have not gotten paid for over a week because of maintenance issues then finally got paid today and spent 100 and now it says I'm over 500 in the negative with no charges even pending. The second I have a chance in the morning I'm draining my account and switching banks. Couldn't even get groceries for my kids

I had issues with my account in the past. (Which was my fault) I came in to get answers and I left in 30 minutes with all my questions answered plus more. I really appreciate Ocean first in Mays Landing, NJ. The lady Jessica Melville helped me out a lot and was so nice! Service was outstanding! I recommend Ocean first and Mrs. Melville to be precise. Highly recommend!

Went to make a deposit and went to the wrong desk the lady then got an extreme attitude and told me her station was not open, when I was able to make a deposit the staff treated me like I was a criminal and told me I should use better handwriting next time for the check.

OceanFirst Bank, [Especially the Branch on Harding Highway, Mays Landing] is the best Bank we ever used. They are well established, but yet treat you like family. We had the pleasure of working with Mary Fischer Asst. VP and Crystal Freker Personal Banker. We would highly recommend OceanFirst Bank if banking is important to you.

I'm very pleased with all aspects of investment opportunities the bank employees are very informative with new advertising investments that will suit me needs. The only down fall is the ATM in Atlantic city you can't access the machine do to the card reader won't open. This is very upsetting. When this issue acquires if forces me to use sources other then Oceanfirst.

I were accidentally get wrong levy charge about 17K on May 1st.STILL CAN NOT GET MONEY BACK SO FAR. In fact. That time I got wrong charge in my three different bank account.the other two bank give me money back only one week and two weeks.Only this oceanfirst do nothing about it.I wondering how they hold people's money for their mistake!

My experience with this bank has always been positive. I believe she’s the manager, Crystal A. Freker-Personal Banker, has been very helpful, & compassionate about my health issues. She’s always treated me with the utmost respect, as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this bank to everyone. Clean, classy & friendly

Crystal and Mary F (Branch Manager) really helped me out big time! I wasn’t even aware that it had been 12 (TWELVE!!!!) years since I first became a customer, and I had charges on my account putting it hundreds of dollars in the negative. They both went out of their way to let me know what was going on and reversed what was probably my fault due to me not checking my account. Thanks so much Crystal and Mary, THIS is the reason why I still continue to bank with OceanFirst!

I just stopped by to deposit my son's scholarship check into his account (which I'm authorized to do so) and I didn't appreciate the process taking 15 to 20 minutes!! Didn't receive any explanations to what the hold up was until I pressed the "call button" 10 minutes into the transaction. The explanation didn't even come from the person depositing the check! Very unprofessional, I'm never treated this way at the branch in Atlantic City!
