I have never seen customer service like this store. When I say never, I mean never. I’m 72 years old with 2 senior dogs and 1 cat, so I buy a lot of food, treats and toys. This store is in walking distance of my home. Staff is very helpful, the store is very clean and well stocked.

Possibly the best customer service I have received in about five years. The man behind the counter greeted me, pointed me towards the cat food cans, helped me load them into my car, and shook my hand.
I was in and out in three minutes. Perfect cat food resupply run.
Now THAT'S customer service. Well done, Pets Plus.
