No receipt, no return No store credit. Is a bad policy especially because the prices are ridiculous in the first place compared to online prices and Walmart. Since customers are willing to come in and spend more money to shop in Petco they should at least offer in store credit. I mean most people can show you their Apple Pay or Google pay showing you that they bought the product at your store. I will no longer shop at Petco for these reasons. I can buy the same things they have at Petco cheaper with more reasonable return policies elsewhere. So buyers beware, you better be shore you want what you bought and keep your receipt, because if your not your out the money for whatever you paid for at Petco

I've been a loyal customer of Petco Grooming for over 3 years with no issues, but my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I showed a photo and clearly described the style I wanted for my dog, but a new employee shaved my dog without any explanation. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring my dog out to me when I arrived for pick-up. They had someone else. (Photo for what my dog looked before grooming and then after. It doesn’t even look like my dog.)
The cut was unprofessional — there are long, uneven pieces, and the blends are sloppy. The back of my dogs head is flat. It honestly looks like they rushed to finish it. Photos to show attached. To top it off, my dog has a skin tag that was cut and started bleeding, and I wasn’t even informed about it. Accidents happen, but the lack of communication is inexcusable.
I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that "no one was present." I’m still waiting for a follow-up. I’ve always trusted Petco with my dog’s grooming, but after this experience, I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Please do NOT bring your dog here.

The unprofessionalism I just experienced had me dumbfounded. The employee, John, saw me standing at the counter ready to check out. He came over and greeted me and my dog. Then an employee from the training area called him over. Based on their tone, it was a conversation that could've waited until I was checked out. And what upset me about that was that he just completely walked away. I couldn't even get a "sorry I'll be right with you" or "excuse me for one second." He just walked away like I wasn't even there.
What made things worse was upon finally returning, he bends down to greet my dog. She was rescued from an abusive home and gets defensive around new people. She growled and backed away from him but he insisted on petting her and persisted. I asked him not to force it and told him she doesn't want to be pet. Completely ignoring my request, he PICKS HER UP.
My heart immediately began racing. I don't even like it when people pet someone's dog without permission, but picking one up??? Are employees who work registers just not trained at all on how to behave around animals and common sense when around pets?? I told him "Can you please not do that?? Put her down" and after a couple seconds he did. No apology, nothing.
Please train your staff. You never know what an animal has experienced and no one should EVER go to touch or pick up a pet without an owners permission.

I bought horn worms for my gecko when I get home the box is all messed up, there was poop everywhere, they where all dead, and it smelt horrid, I would never free my gecko or a starving racoon this trash. 1 star

I recommend Heather as a groomer. She has been grooming my 2 dogs for a couple of years now and I'm happy with her work. My Aussie Shephard loves her and is always in a good mood when I return to pick him up!

Please stay away from this place. I am currently at the animal hospital as I'm writing this. My baby boy was injured by a man named JOEL. I have raised this issue to the manager, and I hope they do the right thing and fire him, as he is unprofessional and has no idea what he is doing. My baby has been scarred and I cannot forgive myself for taking him there I should have known better.

This petco is very well stocked. The women's restroom hasn't been cleaned in over a month. The trash is overflowing. The sanitary napkins and tampons wrappers are overflowing. Nobody cleans this restroom, not even the female employees that use it😞

Very poor customer service. Racist employee as well. Do not take your pet here . I brought the dog in and was 5 mins over the grâce period and the manager refuse to attend to the dog after driving from PA there. They have no considération. The manager should be fire.

Staff there was so rude and ignored me. And I was so sad to see all of the animals locked up and miserable. Not a happy palace and very disappointed.
