Caelyn in the grooming salon was amazing! My pup Cliff loved her & looked beautiful after his appointment ! He was also visibly so happy with her!
( which is always bonus points for me! )

My Bernese Mountain Dog loves trips to Petsmart. They have more varieties of his brand of food than others stores have. He knows where his favorite treat is and loves all the attention he gets every visit.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service/Groomers at this location. I called this morning to schedule grooming appointments for my two Goldendoodles and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, only to be met with a cold, dismissive “We’re busy” from the associate. As I started to provide my information, she put me on hold again—then a different groomer picked up and asked how she could help. Confused, I explained I was already in the middle of scheduling an appointment. She responded by saying she reviewed my notes and, due to previous cancellations and dissatisfaction, they didn’t think we were a good fit.
Yes, I’ve had issues with their grooming in the past—but I was willing to give them another chance. My partner and I regularly shop at PetSmart and were prepared to spend hundreds of dollars for our new puppy. Unfortunately, after being treated so unprofessionally not once, but twice, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I will no longer support PetSmart and will be shopping with businesses like Chewy, where customer service and respect still matter.

I would like to share my horrendous grooming experience. I had scheduled a grooming appointment online for my cat and it was set for Friday 06/21/2024. On 06/19/2024 I received a phone call from George at the Mays Landing PetSmart, stating that they had to cancel and reschedule the appointment to 06/26/2024 at 3:00pm. I showed up at my rescheduled appointment time of 3:00pm and was told by the counter associate that I was not on the calendar to have a grooming appointment. Upon further review, after showing her my phone calls from PetSmart and that I was told to reschedule my appointment, I was told that they were overbooked with five dogs left and that my cat could not be groomed today. I was very discouraged after having my cat in a cage, put under stress, just to be rescheduled again! The associate Robert came to the counter and said that he could perform the grooming service at 7:00am on Friday 06/28/2024. Robert said that it was his day off and he would still come in to perform the service and that he drove a Blue Nissan and would be in the parking lot when we arrived. After moving around my schedule for the THIRD time, I brought my cat at 7:00am SHARP, and did not see a Blue Nissan in the parking lot. After waiting, 15 minutes for Robert to arrive, I went into the store and spoke with Katie who instructed me to bring my cat in and that Robert only lives accouple minutes away and will be here shortly. 7:40am, rolls around and the groomer Robert is still not here. I went back into PetSmart and asked the store associate Katie where the groomer was at? My cat has been sitting in the cat carrier for over an hour now? I was told by Katie, that "Robert's alarm never went off, he will be here shortly." I walked back out to my car, waited another 10 minutes. 50 Minutes had went by and the groomer was still not there. I walked back in the store and said enough has been enough and took my poor cat out, who had been sitting in a cage on their counter for over an hour. My wife asked the associate Katie for a manager's number. Katie said she was the manager and never once apologized or had anything to say for this horrendous behavior. I WOULD NEVER TRUST YOUR ANIMAL IN THEIR CARE! Appalling behavior was displayed.

The girl was rude , due ty she thinks she is the God of trainers , so she would not help me with products they sell. No one in this store had knowledge of the supplies .

Milo had his haircut & bath done by Jen our groomer today... We are very pleased with our experience... Always done with great Care and concern's for our dog . Makes us all happy.. Thanks for everything, much appreciated. ???
