This has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. The lady handling my payment was completely unprofessional and careless. On September 12, I told her very clearly I wanted to pay $500 in cash and $50 on card. Instead of listening, she charged my card $500, even though I never authorized that. When it declined, she tried to send me to QuickChek to deposit money, which would have charged me ATM fees. That is not customer service. Luckily, someone else in the office helped me out and I was able to pay them cash while they covered the card portion for me.
To make things worse, on September 30 they called me saying my policy was going to be canceled if I didn’t pay when I had already paid in full on the 12th! I went back and they made me pay another $50. Basically, I got overcharged because of their mistake. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. The entire issue was caused by the employee not listening to what I said. Once my policy expires, I’m leaving and never coming back. Save yourself the stress do not go here.

I wanna thank Gigi for her time today ! I called here a week ago stressing out and not having any luck with insurance until Gigi here came in clutch and helped get a good price for such an expensive car. She has an amazing personality and will always guide you through any questions you have. Id say my experience here today was a 10/10

Never coming here again. Charged me a dollar to buy a covid mask. Then wanted to charge me $500 a month for my vehicle. Went to to a different agency and now paying $130 full coverage
