“Made an online reservation for a truck, which was good because it was a popular day for moving and no trucks were left for walk-ins. Everything was fine and as expected with the truck, it did its job. We were able to grab a mattress cover bag too while there which we needed. Parking here is a little tight, no distinction between where cars park to pick up and where trucks park, running out of spots, but it's kinda inner city so I guess you work with the room you have”
“5 stars to the driver Chris! He was very helpful with questions and a hard worker. Very accommodating as well.I gave 4 stars because the customer service is not good. I had simple questions that could’ve avoided Chris having to come. They don’t have any knowledge or information on how the company runs. Hard to hear what they are saying as well.”
