I bought a glass vase along with other Christmas decorations. They did not wrap the vase with anything, and on the way home it was chipped.

Full disclosure: I applied here and took an assessment test and I have not heard anything so I guess I failed so it makes me wonder who passes those. I was there today and just happen to overhear a conversation between two employees talking about customers. I was shocked when a customer came up and they tried to engage her in the conversation. Then in line at the register a senior citizen seemed confused about where to get a gift card and where the line seems to begin and end. The employee was not too nice and said the gifts cards are right here and you have to get back in line and walked away. I'm glad I'm not a secret shopper and if these are the people that pass the assessment test then I'm glad I failed. I would have hated to find this stuff out after hire. I will still shop there.

This store closes at 10:30pm when they list hours of operation is til 11pm and kicks their customers out if they’re not in line by then 10:30pm. The employees are rude as hell. Please update the hours and hire people with better attitudes.

Long lines, 1 cashier open and another having register issues, she rolled her eyes to a customer that thought she was open and told them to go back in line in the rudest way possible, I felt so bad that mom and her family, I believe the name of that cashier was Shey? She needs some training in the customer service area, no need to be so rude.

There is a good selection and the late store hours are convenient. However, the employees make you feel less than welcome. From the time I walk in, I can hear employees complaining about working late, about other employees, and customers. The closing announcements (starting an hour before closing) were clearly by an annoyed employee ready to lock the door. "Next" is all you get from the cashiers. I encountered a female cashier who had her leg up on the counter the whole transaction. One of my items, a wallet, had no price tag. Instead of informing me, she scanned a wallet that was already at her station and rang it up. I had to stop her because i knew it wasn't that much. She justified overcharging me because they were the same brand- but it was larger. Still continued scanning, as if it wasn't her concern. I went around the checkout line, 8 feet away where the wallets were, to get the same wallet that had a tag. THIS IS A DISHONEST ACT - the same as STEALING from me. She didn't care and would rather overcharge the customer than do the right thing (do her job) and find the correct price.
Then, as I'm gathering my items, she turns her back and leans on the counter.
Miserable workers. No class. No service.
Who is training, supervising, and managing?

The absolute worst store to go to. 1 register all the time. Long long lines all the time. Hire someone and pay them good so they don’t quit. There is a Ross 15 minutes from here. Go there instead

This location needs to improve its customer service skills. There is a lack of respect for the customers shopping in their store, and the level of professionalism is unacceptable.

Some places are for window shopping but Ross is for real shopping. The only problem is we go for one and end up buying more. Definitely, I recommend tryinging in Ross first and then buying at other places if you don't f itind. This includes clothes, shoes, home appliances, perfumes, car accessories, k' ds toys and clothes, and many more.
