The prices seem to be at a good price, but the attitudes of the workers checking us out are horrible! Gave attitude from the beginning to the end of my transaction. No one is wearing a badge anymore with their name so I'm not able to say who was the one checking us out.

Never been to Ross (I don't think), so was very jealous of my friends. This place was small. Clean, neat, organized but SMALL (IMO). Didn't know Fenty collaborated with Puma. Had to leave, quick visit but I will be back next month

I am a Ross lover. I usually go to a Ross store weekly, just to browse and for fun. I don’t go for their organization, cleanliness, nor customer service because, let’s be honest, all three are non existent, but today I walked in and made it less than 20 feet into the store when a male employee shouted at me that drinks weren’t allowed in the store. Again, I’ve been to hundreds of Ross stores in several states and have NEVER been told that a drink is not allowed. It’s a $7 Frappuccino from Starbucks. I’m not throwing it out just to shop your dirty, unorganized, and crowded store, sir. I walked out immediately and did not return. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have taken many therapeutic coffee walks through a Ross - now it’s not allowed??? Y’all just saved me so much money and cured me of my unnecessary Ross addiction. Thank you to the rude employees who thought it was more important to walkie each other like secret service and chase me down about my drink than to open another register lol I will never be back.

One of Employee the older lady with the accent is rude while I was with my dad and ask for senior discount. It’s Tuesday, Why we ask if you guys know the day on Tuesday is senior discount. Last week we didn’t even ask for it and automatic give us one. What kind of customer service

The store was empty - literally a dozen or so empty double ranks. 4-5 handbags for sale. Not like it used to be with tons of food bargains. I thought they were going out of business. Maybe closing this store?
