Came here today to get a needle and thread, for some reason the girl sent me next door to the dollar tree. Dollar tree didn’t have it so when I went back over to Sally’s the girl opens the door and says sorry we are closed. I responded aren’t you the girl that sent me to dollar tree to get needle and thread. She’s like no the other girl did. I said can I buy one and she says “unfortunately we are closed”. I said okay thanks and went to my car I sat in my car to look up other places and I look out my window and the same girl that told me unfortunately they were closed was in the door way talk to a random man that pasted by. So you mean to tell me you can run your mouth to a man but you can’t help a customer. EWLK & Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Awesome experience with Jess ! She was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a color that works so well with my skin tune and it was just what I was looking for .. perfect color! I always go to this sally's since it's the closest location to me. Only had one other issue the whole 3 years i've been going to this location. I have a coupon for buy one get one free on hair dye, I got a mailer mailed to me with my name on it. So I go into the store I was thrown off soon as I walked in by the music. N word, B word sh***. Never have I heard them playing this music before. So I now have my dye. I need a vent brush so i'm looking at brushes and I say outloud. What is this music. The store rep at the time I didn't know was supposedly the store manager, changes the song. I go to the counter she doesn't speak or anything just rings me up. Now normally when I go they say do you have a sally's card or a phone number. She asked none of that. I said you never asked me for my phone number. Her response with an attitude was "WHAT's your PHONE NUMBER? I gave it to her she acted as if she didn't hear me and asks for it again. I gave it to her.I noticed it didn't take anything off so I said it didn't take the discount off. So then she got an attitude, by this time I'm annoyed because she's so rude. So I asked her whats her issue.. this began a whole issue because she begins to start talking to me as if this is still not her job. The store Manager Mallory then calls the police on me because I told her how are you the manager and don't know mailers sent out to your customers. She tells me the offer I have is only for pro's it was not sent to me etc etc. I call corporate while going through all this they call her and tell her she has to honor the coupon. Now once they told her that. I told her she needed to apologize to me. She told them she was not honoring it and that I was no longer allowed in the store and that they can call Deborah Jones who must he over her. Back to the music she said she wasn't playing. Then a song comes on f*** you f*** that. And an older lady goes, this music isn't public music this should not be playing.she then turns it off and says she has no control over internet music, which we all know you can change the settings to explicit and none explicit music. So now the police are talking to me as if I was in the wrong the whole time she doesn't know how to stay in business tone as well as be respectful and admit she made a mistake. She then tells the police she can come back after 6. At this point she needs to be fired! Corporate has been contacted and I want cameras pulled. If she doesn't apologize and get fired! They will wish they fired her because I am now going to the highest extent as well as reporting this to the news!!! Never in my life have I ever had this kind of experience!
