It is a shame there are so many reviews for this branch that reference rudeness on the part of the staff. I truly hope (as most of these reviews are more than a year old) that these rude staffers have moved on or have been replaced.All I have are my own experiences, and I will try to keep this very complicated story short.My story revolves around ONE PERSON at the branch -- LEE ANN ZAVACKY. Her card says she is "Senior Specialist Relationship Banker." I was lucky enough to go in on a Saturday at opening and caught her behind the counter helping the tellers. I asked for a manager; she apologetically said there were no managers in that day. Perhaps it was because I immediately teared up (I had a very harrowing situation to discuss) that she led me to a cubicle and immediately began dissecting my problem. She stayed with me for an hour, making calls, trying to reach the right person who could give me answers to my very upsetting problem.She was amazing. She set just the right tone, dug deep into doing the best she could on a Saturday. I left feeling 100 % better, with the information I needed to pursue this mess on Monday.On Monday she actually called me at work to see how things were turning out. I told her I was making progress, but it was not solved yet.By Tuesday, the situation had righted itself with the help of PATRICK AITCHESON, Financial Consultant at Santander Investments Services. The two of them together not only reached solutions, but were kind and actually followed through on every detail. And Lee called me again later that day to offer even more explanations and solutions for my very complicated problem. (It involved investments and rollovers and a lot of stuff I quite frankly never understood). They made it easy.In short -- I am sorry some of you (well, a lot of you) have encountered rude tellers and dismissive staff. Hopefully, those people are gone. I can't imagine people with that attitude surviving in a customer-service-oriented business.If you have a chance, visit again and ask for LeeAnn Zavacky. She is just amazing. And if you're looking to make investments or need advice, ask for Patrick Aitcheson. You can find him at either the Ewing or Lawrenceville branches.

The Santander Bank on Kuser Road is horrendous!!! Very unprofessional and extremely rude. They don't know their job and they had the audacity to treat me with hostility. I ended up cashing my check at the Santander Bank on Nottingham Way without an issue. Both the Indian and African American women at the Kuser branch are not fit to work in the banking industry. UPDATE: Nottingham branch no longer helpful with the same situation. Time for a new bank.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any bank! I closed my accounts today and will never be banking with Santander again! I will tell all my friends not to bank here either!

I had to get a cashier's check done and had come in twice on a day where the systems were down. Even though they couldn't get me the cashier's check, they were all nice and were very apologetic. I came in the next day when the systems were back up and was helped by Anita and Niki as well. Both women were incredibly helpful and pleasant!

The bank tellers illegal refused me access to the staff bathroom as an obviously 8 month pregnant woman and made me walk to Walgreens next door.

This Santander is the worst I have visited. The staff are not friendly and the wait for drove thru and inside was way too long. I recommend everyone to avoid this bank and go to the other branches close to this one.

The Santander branch at 1700 Kuser has been nothing short of aggravation in my many visits over the last year. Today's 20 minute drive thru wait was the last straw... There are 3 more efficient friendly branches in Hamilton. Save yourself!

I came here the other day to open a new account and was helped within 5 minutes! They made opening an account super easy. Not to mention there are no fees or minimum balances required! Definitely worth a visit!

Only went once to open an account and only one employee was able to help me. While waiting I opened one on my phone so I left.
