ShopRite of Hamilton Market Place is generally considered the best ShopRite in the area by some, with a great community environment. Many find it a pleasant place to shop with great food and good prices. People are often described as pleasant, respectful, kind, and willing to help with a team effort, creating a positive work and shopping environment. However, experiences can vary. The store is usually way too crowded, and some aspects of the shopping experience receive criticism. The produce quality is noted as poor, often not lasting more than a few days, and the good prices are seen as reflected in the quality of what they sell. There are also reports of issues with the self-checkouts and a rude Courtesy Desk that ignores customers, with one employee specifically accused of being miserable. Despite some negatives, for many it remains a favorite spot and a store that is missed after moving away.
Cashier was very friendly and helpful and so was the Cashier to the side of the exit. They both went the extra mile for the customer

Today 6/24 you had a very nice young man in the parking lot gathering the baskets. He was courteous, thoughtful and polite. I didn't get his name. Young fella with short blond hair. Good job.
