I'm the kind of person who is constantly making mental value judgments (e.g. "that was a great meal at a fair price but I was irritated that the check came 5 minutes later than I thought it should have, so I feel a little sligjted") even for a low cost fast food meal. This is important background because my experiemce at Sound Auto, despite my spending several hundred dollars, was such that I didn't think for an instant about the cost, or even the fact that there was a cost! Rather, the feeling from Steve and Mike is that what I wanted and inagined became what they did too - seemingly as much as I. And seemingly with no limit to their patience and effort to understand my needs.My entire experience - from being completely uninitiated in the world of vehicle modifications one day, to me driving out feeling like a million bucks a few days later - was what I wish all service experiences could be.I met Steve first, handcuffing him at closing time but you'd never know he even had a watch on. He explained my options and the associated general pricing in a way I could easily understand. Trust me I am not naive. But I became excited to commit and my instincts were correct.The day I picked up my vehicle I met Mike. Mike walked me through the setup of my new radio/bluetooth/backup camera and how to navigate my new system. He also gave me something to think about in case I want to one day upgrade. Very helpful.These guys are really good at what they do, the ratings and reviews out there do not surprise me one bit. I am super happy with the service and the product and did not think for second about the cost. Because it was so obviously worth it.I cant wait to bring my wife's car to you guys!

Mike at Sound Auto is second to none! I took my Jeep Wrangler to him looking to upgrade the sound quality, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. After several conversations discussing a multitude of options, Mike walked me through the best possible outcome for my Wrangler platform and application. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. He won’t try to push you into making any hasty decisions, and he always puts the customer first.I couldn’t be happier with Mike at Sound Auto and what he’s done to improve the quality of my audio system!

I’m always cautious about where I take my car to have work done, because like most of you who are reading this, I want to make sure it’s in careful and competent hands. I can’t say enough great things about Sound Auto. Mike diagnosed an issue with the wiring to my amp in no time and gave me some great options to think about upgrading down the road. Overall great experience with great service at a fair price. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade my sound system. Thanks again!

Needed some work done on a basic packaged F150. More work to come but great job and customer service from Mike and the team. New radio, new Bluetooth wiring and new tints. Loving my updates!

These guys put Apple CarPlay boards in my 2009 Porsche 911 C4 S and my 2016 Porsche Macan S. They did a fabulous job and they stand behind their products and their work 100%. I did have a problem with one of my boards, and they were as gracious and cooperative as you could possibly imagine. They fixed my car and didnt charge me a penny. They are trustworthy and they do a fabulous job at a reasonable price. What more could you possibly ask for?

Mike is the man, he was able to fix terrible work done to the system in the past. I told him my budget and what I wanted and mike talked me through everything and what to expect. He exceeded my expectations and took no shortcuts. Mike knows what he's doing and ill be going back for more work to be done. I did end up with a voltage leak but mike was happy to fix that under warrantee

I have been using SoundAuto for over fifteen years. Clearly, I would not keep returning, if I were not totally satisfied with their work.. They have installed radar detectors in my vehicles for me and have transferred them to each new vehicle I acquired. They do excellent and neat work to high standards. It does not seem to matter what type of vehicle you own. They can usually accommodate you. I have had gas powered vehicles, hybrids and recently EVs. Mike and his team were able to work on them all. SoundAuto are accommodating, and answer your questions fully. Recently, they also installed a dash cam for me and I was very satisfied with the job they did. They are very fair in their pricing terms and policies. Overall Sound Auto is deserving of the 5 star rating I have accorded this business.
