I am not sure if this is an entire staff issue or just one person, but when helping a customer and giving them a promotional deal. Everything should be explained to that customer. There should be a break down that is given to the customer to help them understand what changes will happen to their bill. I understand you are trying to make a sale, but there is a wrong and a right way to do it. In my experience here, it is done wrong. So please ask a million questions before you agree to any promotions because they are not well informed of their own promotions or how to sale a promotion. You may find yourself increasing your bill without even knowing. Also when someone is speaking to the manager about a matter that one of his employees caused, just be prepared for all the other employees to give their opinion as if they are all managers. Cutting you off talking over you, just extremely unnecessary and unprofessional when the manager is doing just fine handling the conversation. I definitely wouldn’t go back there, I don’t care how convenient it may be. I want to go somewhere where the customer is the priority not you making a sale.

So now that the case is settled I’m ready to share.I’m furious with this store and their greed to receive commission. William aka Bill “assisted” me with a upgrade that he wasn’t to happy to do because he kept bringing up how he wasn’t receiving much since I did a phone upgrade and didn’t want to buy a router. Anyways, I was told I’d receive a lump sum of credit since I was coming from a newer version of the iPhone. In return would leave me with little to no balance. Even pushing me to put down a large down payment after he told me I’d pay less than $20. A rule is that you don’t tell people things you’re not sure of.The amount of unprofessionalism and deception. Instead of leaving with one line I left with 2 lines, OPEN. I went back to the store the following day to ask for help since this was a in store transaction.On Sept 29, 2022 5:30PM Pedro and Ke (heavy set black male). Both disregarded me with arrogance. I was visibly upset but speaking with much respect might I add. Neither of them cared and told me nonchalantly to “call 611 whatever Bill did is what he did”. If this is how T-Mobile trains their staff I’m appalled. It wasn’t until I went back the following day with customer service on the line that I actually was treated respectfully and like a cared customer. Are they so corrupt that they need someone within the company on the line to treat people properly?The same man who bamboozled me for commission, William (Bill)happened to be there and had an arrogant attitude towards me for holding him accountable for his error. I’m sure the in store team won’t reprimanded or provide him better training so I reached out to those who are going to. No one should be handled this way. I work hard for my money. As a customer of 5+ years I deserved better even in a miscommunication situation I didn’t deserve to be disregarded that way.

1. I went with a request for $15/month prepaid plan which they denied does not exist. Once I called my friend who has it, they gave me the plan and sim.2. To create a T-mobile ID they set some pin without my consent and now are not sharing, I called 10 times and got a different answer every time and now they have stopped picking my calls.

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother using a mobile phone with customer service like this. I just wanted help clearing up an issue with my phone lines. I don't need 2 additional lines anymore and my caller ID shows up as restricted. What is this store's solutions? "Dial 611"... I know Verizon rapes their customers wallets, but their customer service isn't this bad. I may end up switching back to the evil V empire over this lack of regard for any semblance of customer service. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Locks doors 40 minutes prior to close and ignores you- You guys locked the doors 40 minutes before scheduled. And looked me in my eyes at the door and ignored me. That is not a long wait, that IS BLATANT DISRESPECT.

First off let me say that I visited this store after attending 3 others nearby (including Quakerbridge Mall) and being turned away for them either not having any phones or crazy 2+ hour wait times. I was in a bind and needed a phone ASAP! It's holiday season so I get, people are stressed out, a lot of traffic etc. So I expected the customer service to be a bit limited. So I ended my T-Mobile tour at the Hamilton store on 2216 Greenwood Ave. It was a small store from the outside, so I was expecting the same story "no phones comeback tomorrow." I go in, talk to a sales rep after a short wait, explain my situation. He checks my plan and presents me with some options. I asked for a moment to consider my options and allowed him to take the next patron waiting. When I was ready to proceed, the first rep was busy, so I waited for Kennie who was working with a customer, on the phone with tech support and manning product side of the store, because by this time, his only other co-worker left on break. Right at that moment the store got packed for one person. Kennie kept his cool, I even think he grew a few extra arms, he was working with about 3 phones, while on the phone, and tending to customers on the floor. It was impressive to say the least. After a short while, Kenny got the traffic down to a minimum, and got me out of there with a new phone (S22 Ultra), and some new found respect for a great store manager. T-Mobile, when you're looking for a potential candidate to run a flagship store, or train your service managers in EXCELLENT customer service, Kennie at the 2216 Greenwood Ave store in Hamilton NJ is your guy. Thanks Kennie!
