Started here 2 years ago when I moved to the area. Zero martial arts training and experience, but the coaches and students took me under their wing and helped me achieve a ton personal goals. Can’t imagine my life without the dawg house!

Ed and RJ and all the students make you feel welcome and part of the gym from the very first time they say hello. Great program, great people!

Stray Dawgs is the place to be! Coaches are amazing very, very knowledgeable! They are truly building strong and confident kids! Since my son began the k-3 classes I notice a change in him (in a great way) he found love in MMA! Thanks to the coaches!

Stray Dawgs is the best martial arts gym around. All the coaches are not only extremely knowledgeable, but they also make everyone who walks in the door feel welcome like they’re family. They know the right balance of how hard to challenge each student to best serve their specific goals. Martial arts gyms should be judged by their results and the camaraderie of its members. Stray Dawgs has produced multiple medals and wins in Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing and wrestling, and it’s obvious there is a family vibe when you are there. If you are in the area and are looking to start training or already do and looking for a new spot, look no further. Go to Stray Dawgs!

My nephew had a great experience training in the kids program! ALL the coaches are very welcoming with excellent instruction! The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. They offer a variety of classes which most schools in the area don’t. Whether it’s wrestling, striking or Jiu -Jitsu I highly recommend Stray Dawgs for all your martial needs. We’ll definitely be making another trip back to the dawg house!Update: I recently injured myself weight training. I made a visit back to the dawg house for the 609 Sports rehab and recovery. I was more than impressed! Ed Kinsella is a real professional! He diagnosed my lower back pain right away and went to work. Even gave me an at home program to follow with simple exercises. I’ve been to many PTs over the years but 609 Sports Rehab and recovery tops them. Also - Ed has worked with high level, well know athletes. I’ll be going back to 609 Rehab. I highly recommend checking them out!

My kids and I have been a members here since it opened in November and the experience thus far has been great. The kids classes, both wrestling and striking, keep the kids active and engaged the entire hour. My kids are in the K-3 classes and the activities are structured appropriately toward age and ability level. K-3 classes are a mix of both boys and girls, not sure about other levels. The instructors for the kids classes are patient and fun and the teacher to student ratio is always very good. Two of the coaches are teachers by trade. The adult classes are expertly taught and challenging both physically and mentally. Times of classes vary. 6am Jiu Jitsu and Striking in the evening twice a week. The ages of the adult members range from high school aged to guys in their 40's. The best thing about this gym is the character of the place. My kids and I very quickly felt like family because of the personalities of Coaches Mike, Ed, and Rob and the other members are quick to welcome in new people. It is a true team atmosphere and perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and become a member of a positive community.
