Was there over the weekend. The staff was very friendly especially the girl who helped me. I think she was the assistant mgr. Definitely my best experience at a tmoble .

I got the iPhone 15 , Gen 10 tablet and got excellent service from Glenny she walked me through the whole process with patience and ease. There was an air of comfort that she provided which let me know I was in good hands. Her guidance throughout the whole process made it fast, simple, and easy!

Will not recommend this store for any issues related to T mobile. Expirenced a very bad unprofessional and rude service. It's better to call customer support than talking to the staff in this store.

I had a great experience at this store. Glennys was amazing and helped me add new lines and save a bunch of money. She was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this store!

Went to the location to add a line to my plan and buy a new galaxy 23 ultra but come to find out they were closed, door locked at 7:30pm, but the time for Fridays is displayed on the glass for 8pm no one in sight then as we walked away a brunette woman popped out of the back room with another gentleman then came to unlock the door when seeing us walk away .

Ed the store manager assisted me in calling t-mobile to resolve a very frustrating return of a wrong product purchase I had made on line. He offered for me to come back to assist me with another technical issue I have even though neither were purchased at this store, my future purchases will be made in this rt33 store in Hamilton, NJ

Straight scam artists. Besides the fact that some weird gangbanger was loitering around inside spewing his negative energy, I simply expressed that I no longer want Net Flix, and to lower my plan by $25 . They tacked on phony fees for accessories which were free with the phone when purchased. Being that I mentioned that another provider gives full service for only $50, as opposed to this $99, once I left T Mobile, five minutes later they retaliated and shut down half my phone including bank apps, YouTube, and Google. Goodbye T Mobile. I now use a place on S Broad St for only $50 a month.

Seniors beware! I recently switched providers and upgraded my phone online because T-Mobile offers a good deal for 55+ I was able to transfer the data from my old phone but my number didn’t transfer and a new one was assigned. I also needed a USPS postage label to return my old phone for trade in credit. When I walked into this store there were only two people in there: the manager “A” and an associate “Z” The manager was clearly more interested in looking at her phone than assisting me so I approached the associate and began explaining my situation. When A did finally engage with a question because Z was unsure what to do, I took a few steps towards her so I could hear and continued speaking but was discourteously interrupted and scolded about where I was standing. (There’s an open floor plan in this store and no clear indication about where one may or may not stand so I was surprised and confused by her angry tone). The manager then proceeded to advise me multiple times that she could refuse service to me which seemed very unreasonable and impolite. Fortunately Z continued helping me, he printed the shipping label and we got the number transferred successfully. Z was polite and courteous and I appreciated his assistance. I had planned to buy some accessories but ordered them from Amazon instead. I also tried to contact the owner at an email provided in response to another poor review about mistreating a senior and there’s been no response.
